I can't say enough great things about this branch! Everyone there is so completely friendly and helpful! A 5-star ***** shout out to Tania Lopez-Harvey (Branch Manager). She was worked diligently with me to get some old bank records I was in need of. I greatly appreciate her tenacity and follow-up. She has been a tremendous help! Thank you Tania! :-)

THE WORST BANK EXPERIENCE EVER. I signed my signature once, she sent it back and said it doesn’t look good. I re sign over it to make the lines connect she sends me a new one and say do it over. ?????? What the world.

Branch Manager does not know how to communicate properly with individuals what so ever. Saw her begin conversations with current/future customers while waiting and her tone was not good. Would not recommend this location or banking with Truist at all. Truist operates as if it just started banking services. Cannot wait to move the account.

I arrived at 10:25 a.m. and there was one customer in the bank. A banker greeted me in the lobby. I let him know what I needed and let him know that I could wait. He told me to come back at 1 o'clock. What? I have all of my money in your bank and now we are taking appointments to do a simple wire transfer. Sir, you should not be working in a customer service role.

I've been a Truist customer for years and, while they're not terribly competitive with regard to interest rates, this branch has taken very good care of me in the ten years I've been a customer. Tania (manager) and Hassan (senior banker) both provide excellent customer service and are highly responsive to requests. Please keep up the fantastic work!

Trying to make a deposit and they have 1 teller and 5 people standing here in line and they just can’t seem to get us handled. Ugh. 15 minute wait to make a deposit inside pretty bad today

i have to deal with a banker named Hassan on 4/8/2022. Now i understand why the person before me stormed out and totally has a disgusted look. He is in the wrong business. He may be good at the back but it is a shame to put him as a face represent Truist. The customer service is below 0. I'm moving my business account and recommend all my associates to change bank. There are plenty of banks have much better customer service deserve our businesses

Came in to cash a Check and it was 10 people in their office doing what seem to be nothing while there was one teller at the window ? mid transaction she said her computer froze she would have to reboot it she doesn’t know how long it will take for it to come back on and recommend that we go to another branch. Now I’m not upset about the technical issues it was the lack of attention and appreciation for their customers that has me irritated ?

Been coming to this bank for over three years. Today the Asian lady there tells me business deposits inside only.. I’ve never had the problem at any other suntrust location

Worst suntrust in GA. Your wait time will be minimum of 1 hour at least!!! People who work at this location doesnt know what to do. They all need to get retrained to be in field. Staffing issue is urgent at this location or any Suntrust. No wonder they got bought out to BB&T. Hopefully BB&T make huge changes soon. Otherwise suntrust cannot survive in the future
