Great car-buying experience. From the time I submitted my inquiry online all the way through completing the purchase, I felt like they valued and respected my time. Morgan, the internet sales specialist was a joy to work with, and Emma, my salesperson, was as well. My experience with finance didn’t feel stressful and I wasn’t under any pressure at all. I’m new to the Subaru family but I’m loving new Ascent so far.

Staff was courteous and professional. The dealership waiting area was clean and spacious. I appreciate the beverage and snack options. My vehicle was returned to me within a few days because I had more than an oil change that needed to be done. Getting a loaner car was quicker than if I had to rent one.

I recently purchased a car from this Subaru dealership, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, it felt like working with a family.Matthew went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car (even if they had to do a trade out of state!!). The car I wanted was not in stock in the state but Matthew worked his magic to find the exact car I was looking for.The finance manager, Tim, was easy to work with, and there were no high-pressure sales pitches. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Subaru of Gwinnett welcomes you into their family.I had an amazing time with Julie Adams for my Love Encore Delivery session to learn more about my new Subaru. This is a fabulous feature I’ve never seen at another brand.I highly recommend this dealership for their exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. The new location is stunning!Bonus: there’s always at least one gluten free snack! Thank you for thinking of everything.

From Beginning to end an amazing experience. I had Matthew Buckles as my sales associate and Lance the sales manager, both take great care of me. My family is loving our Brand New Ascent Onyx!!! Thanks again, Subaru of Gwinnett!!!

I ended up having a bad experience at another dealership named ALM. I found a similar jeep here which was the same price. Jody and the finance team were able to work out the deal so it made sense for both of us. Overall a very good experience.

Absolutely the easiest car buying experience! Everyone that helped me throughout the process made it as smooth as possible. I would without a doubt recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Especially a used Subaru. Their used car warranties are by far the best out there. I was undecided on what car I would be purchasing, but the sales representatives at Subaru made my decision easy. Not once did they pressure me or call me incessantly wanting to know if I had made a decision. The way they do business there makes you feel like you’re more than a commission. I now understand why people I know who have bought cars there say they are part of the “Subaru family.” Everywhere else they sell you a car and then if you have a question or need something, they can’t remember who you are.

There were two cars I was interested in. My first choice I couldn’t find anywhere in my price range. I test drove a few cars and ended up purchasing a vehicle from the used car side. 2019 Crosstrek. Worked with Lawrence Le. He was very helpful, professional, and listened to me about what I wanted. He even delivered my car to me after the purchase, which was greatly appreciated.

I’ve been looking for over a month and its been the worst experience buying a car at every other dealership. This is by far the BEST Subaru dealership I’ve ever been to. Customer service with Emma was the best. From the test drive, to the details of the car, to the negotiation process with the sales manager- absolutely amazing. They have the biggest hearts here. My only regret is that I didn’t come meet them sooner. I will ONLY be coming here from now on. Thank you so much Emma and Richard for your kindness and help throughout this process??

My experience with the sales side and the parts side was exemplary. Andre was extremely patient with me during the sales process and went out of his way to answer ALL of my many questions. He made the sales/buying process as painless as possible. Since purchasing my 2024 Outback Wilderness I've found that the service department has not been as efficient or as easy to work with. Namely leaving messages for my New Owner Orientation that went unanswered and requesting quotes for a hitch install that went unanswered as well. I'm happy to say that as of today I was able to reach and schedule my New Owner Orientation and I'm hopeful that service will return my message to schedule the hitch install based on the quote that Jeff provided. Overall I would recommend the dealership and as of now intend to continue using it as my "family dealership" (the family owns 3 Subaru's between us now).

We had a great experience, as always, with Subaru of Gwinnett. Their service center is the best in the Atlanta metro. The new service center waiting area is large, offering plenty of space to wait. The quiet room was perfect for getting some work done. Definitely will head back to Subaru of Gwinnett whenever we need to have our cars serviced.

This is our 3rd Subaru purchase. Chad Anderson our salesperson was very helpful and great to work with. There was no high pressure pitch to force us to make a purchase. He gave us various options and let us make our decision. Overall helpful staff and very friendly people. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Tiffani was awesome! Went in with no expectations of buying that day and ended up with a new car. Not because she was high pressure or pushy, but because she wasn't.( I walked out of another dealership about an hour before meeting her because the salesman was shady and pushy.) The dealership is located in a brand new shiny building and there were no intimidation tactics at all. Go see Tiffani if you're looking for a Suburu!

Great dealership. My wife and I were greeted upon our arrival. Friendly sales. We discussed numbers. He asked what it would take to make the deal. Told him. Said it was tight. Talked to the sales manager and came back with an offer. I thought they could have done better and that I was going to shop it around. As with any car dealership. Had to shop around to see if I was getting similar deals to the other dealerships. And that is something everyone should do. I got a better offer from a competitor. But the way I got treated at Stivers Subaru didn’t like it. I came back to Gwinnett to see if they could beat their offer. My sales guy asked if I had in writing I told him what they had done telling me a verbal offer that they had made on recent sale and coming back with a written offer less than that being a $500 difference. He checked with his manager. They matched their verbal. I told him I was happy with that offer and proceeded to buy the car from there. The process of buying the car wasn’t too bad. Just wish it could be a little faster. We were told that they would be getting back to us on items we purchased that they didn’t have. So, I have an I owe you sheet. The other thing they told us they would be contact for some training on the car and all the options and how they work. I’ll fill in the rest when they get with us on that. It hasn’t been a week of ownership. So far, we love the car and the way we were treated at this dealership. Very Pleasant Experience.
