Had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Adam. Not being local to the dealership, Adam did a WONDERFUL job of answering all questions, providing videos and pictures of the vehicle, and coordinating delivery to my home near Charlotte. Susan in the business office was a pleasure to work with as well. All around GREAT experience. Highly recommend

Damir was kind and down to earth. I hate Subaru in cummimg and this Subaru dealer in Gwinnett was totally different. Gave us a tour made us feel welcome . I will be dining there further drive for my service and telling everyone to come to them and ask for Damir: he was so kind

Adam did a great job taking me through the features of the Crosstrek. He’s very personable and easy to work with. This is the 3rd Subaru we have purchased from Adam since 2019. And when we need to replace our 4th vehicle, I’ll call Adam. The whole team is great to work with and you can tell they enjoy working there. I also really like Subaru of Gwinnett’s commitment to charitable causes. Shout out to the owner.
Additionally, I needed a software update today for the CrossTrek that I purchased a few months ago. I showed up without an appointment and Jeff and Jamil got it taken care of!
No pressure, no scams, just service.

Got a Subaru Forester 2021 at this place a few years ago. Usually I stay away from services at car dealerships assuming that they tend to overcharge customers. Subaru seems to be an exception. Their oil change price was even a bit lower than at regular car shops near my house and with a Subaru coupon it was way cheaper. It's a longer drive for me but their waiting area is superb.
They did an inspection and gave me an estimate, but I did not feel being pushed at the slightest to do anything on top of the oil change.
The only thing that concerns me about having a Subaru at this point based on what they told me is that I need to change all four tires if I need to replace just one, because apparently Subarus are very sensitive to their tires staying in sync with each other due to their Symmetrical All Wheel Drive.

Deciding to buy an all electric car was a little scarry. Because this was a new model and I had heard stories,I anticipated a few issues which I encountered. Working with my salesperson Andre Armenakian and the sales manager Lance Willhite the problems were resolved and I left a happy customer.
Don't hesitate into lookin at an all electric vehicle. You just might be surprised.

Today went in for a routine oil change. Jamil was my service advisor. He is so professional and nice. Great Customer Service! Mentioned that I needed new wipers and we both forgot about them, lol. After leaving the dealership, I returned to the Parts Department to purchase them. Waited for a little bit at the desk and no one came out or came by to assist. Had to knock on an “employees only” door for someone to come out to help. Tiara S. had the nerve to tell me there was only two workers today. How am I suppose to know that? Shouldn’t someone man the desk at all times? How would they know when customers are at the desk? They were both hanging out in the backroom. There was no bell to ring. Tiara needs a class on how to provide basic customer service. Maybe Jamil can teach her.

The salesman I worked with, Adam, was very patient and knowledgeable. Their mechanic Mike also seemed very trustworthy and honest. I felt like I could trust them. My (new) used car is very clean, in wonderful condition, and they even filled the tank for me? Highly recommend
