Ordered multiple large window decals from this place for the my restaurant. When they arrived they were horrible.Look fir yourselves. Tried to get them to replace but they refused.

I'm so devastated right now. I have an event in 2 days and my order arrived with huge errors in print quality. After spending close to $1,000 based on the reputation of this company, I would not have imagined that my order was proofed before shipping. I will update on there response but this is terrible and they should be embarrassed.

Terrible company. When the company makes a mistake on your project they make it your fault. They will not reprint and make their wrongs right . This is a company that will lose many customers because of their business manners to customers and the careless concerns about your hard earned dollar.

Great turnaround and good banner. Customer service at the pickup location was not great. He was too busy looking in his phone at the front desk and became obviously irritated when I asked additional questions as if I disturbed him. If customer service isn’t something you care about, I say go for it.Most likely will not utilize this company again based on that principle.

Bad customer service, using the terms "24-Business Hours" is deceptive marketing, as a person at first glance would think '24-Hour' turnaround. Once you place your order, pay, and then wait for shipping is when Stickers Banners informs you that it's actually NOT 24-Hours but 3-DAYS. So even if you over night shipping the item might not get to you till 3 days after.

They were prompt to ship but the final product was distorted far beyond what the image proofs they sent showed.I reached out and voiced my concern and unhappiness and no one bothered to respond. Gave them 7 days to respond and nothing.This was the 3rd time I used them but will never use them nor recommend them to anyone else. Very disappointed with the entire experience
