A lot of smoke shops are turning away from vape devices and focus their stock mainly on disposables. Smoke Shack offers an equal, wide variety of vape juices, pods, devices, and disposables. It reminds me of the days when vape shops actually sold more than just 5 devices and 10 different bottles of juice. The employees are also very helpful and friendly! Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten her name, but there’s a woman there most of the time who always greets everyone with a smile and her best attitude. Her customer service is outstanding. This shop also carries a good selection of THC/CBD products and the employees are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. Smoke Shack also has a rewards program, which is really nice considering you get actual amounts off your order, not just percentages. I mean, the vape juices are pretty decently priced there anyways, but the extra $5+ off is really nice.Smoke Shack is definitely the best smoke/vape store I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been going to vape stores for almost ten years now! There’s a vape store literally a mile away from my house, but I will drive right past it to go to Smoke Shack every time.

Best smoked in the area and that I have have ever visited! Prices are the best I have found. Definitely do NOT like the guy who works there. Rude and unhelpful. Acts like he doesn’t want to be there and you’re wasting his time. I refuse to go in there when he is working anymore. But the girl who works there is SUPER friendly and awesome. I absolutely LOVE her. She is the absolute best. Love their TAP MANGO app!

I did love this vape store until tonight, the guy working tonight did not tell us his name but he was completely rude to us for no reason. My husband went in to get a vape. He bought an Orion pineapple lemonade. And this store in particular always tells you to open it and try it before you walk out. When my husband took a hit the vape kept hitting even though he was no longer hitting it. The guy working told him he was hitting it hard enough or to smack the bottom or blow the bottom. This obviously did nothing. My husband came to the car.. so I went back inside with him. The guy working was completely rude telling me he already told him how to fix it. He was acting like we did something wrong and obviously knew if he traded it in the next one would do it too... He kept asking us so if I traded in then what happens when the next one does the same thing. So obviously he knew it was going to happen but wasn't trying to be helpful at all he was just being rude and condescending and acting like it was our fault he just told us something that didn't work.
