When I had left a voice message to the store concerning about a pre-paid package I dropped off that wasn't being updated in tracking number I got a voice mail the next day. One of the employees informed me the shipments were being delayed due to the holiday.Every time I visit the store all of the employees are very courteous and professional and am very appreciative of their services! ?

I LOVE the shipping store!! I go here for all my shipping needs. I run a full online business and Sam(the owner) and his employees are super helpful with assistance in packing up larger more fragile items! They have tons of shipping supplies for purchase at a very reasonable price! I have even had an issue with FedEx claiming they delivered a package and Sam reviewed cameras to prove no one ever came at that time! I can't recommend them anymore! Also they offer mail boxes(kinda like PO Box but better bc I can't receive FedEx or UPS orders to a USPS PO Box) 10/10 recommend.

The manager Sam was very rude and not trying to abide by the contract. In fact, he wasn't trying to abide by the offer given during the time of the contract that he told his employee because of a mistake made and if I didn't ask the employee to write it on the contract they're wouldn't have been proof. Anand if I didn't mention another form of proof, Sam still wouldn't have honored my contract. To make a long story short after trying to demand my other form of proof, I had to request his business info and that's when he partially tried to comply. My overall experience was horrible and he was dishonest and does not have his business practices. Thankfully, I have proof of everything. I just wish I could upload it so people know who and who not to do business with!

Best shipping store I have ever used. Sam and his crew are always polite, always acknowledge me when I enter the business and always have what I need for all of my shipping needs. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else. Very satisfied.

I've been using the Shipping Store since it opened. I enjoyed dealing with the then owner Joe, and the service was outstanding. Joe retired, and the new owner Sam and his employees continued the excellent service and friendly demeanor.Until recently. I'm not sure if it's one employee, or if they have drastically cut back on the services offered. The last three times I've gone there, I've been told "Uhh, you need to go to a FedEx or UPS location to do that."I can't tell if I'm dealing with a lazy or incompetent employee, or if this location has cut back services to simply drop-off and pick-up.It used to be a real pleasure to come here. I liked the friendly staff and the ability to actually create a shipping label in the store. Hopefully it's just my bad luck in dealing with this one employee recently. But I'm afraid this is my lasting opinion, as I may as well save some time by going straight to a store that will actually create a shipping label with me, and skip being told by The Shipping Store and More that I should have gone anywhere else first.

Responsive owner to concerns.Note: This location CAN NOT provide a receipt for Fed-Ex packages dropped off for delivery. (prepaid air-bill) This is not the owners fault... Fed Ex does not provided independent stores the equipment needed to scan/provide receipts.Shame on FedEx corporate for not providing needed equipment to its independent stores!
