Customer’s service at the Duluth location is top notch. They were very accommodating when there was an issue that I had and the team and store manager went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this store for your paint’s needs. Besides, while on a more expensive side, you can’t go wrong with Sherwin-Williams painting products.

Great customer service. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. The percentage off with the SW Days definitely helped with the price. 2 gallons of paint was better at $130 vs. $180. Will come back to shop.

The white women here, especially the long-haired women, have an attitude of ignoring the painters!There is no reason to be unkind. You'll see Best Bad Employee at Sherwin Williams.

The level of customer service at this particular location, the process utilized to match and create the paint that I wanted coupled with the quality of the paint that was purchased will definitely keep me coming back to Sherwin-Williams Duluth location.

Great store to shop at but PLEASE DO NOT come in an hour before closing. Paint takes a while to make, so it doesn't make sense to come in at 5:00 pm to 5:58 pm. Come to the store EARLY!!!! Stop stressing out the employees, especially during the summer times. In case you're wondering why you got bad service, it's because you decided to come in last minute when all employees are tired and ready to go home. Use common sense!

WORST UNPLEASANT UNWELCOMING & RUDEST SW MANAGER IVE EVER MET KRIS and the short haired lady are by far the worst people representing S-W if their purpose is to give people a bad representation of what S-W is they are doing great ?

I visited the store on 12/27/21 to get 2 cans of paint to touch-up my house. Angie, the employee at the store provided me professional opinion & excellent customer service. She informed me that I would only need to buy a can of EggShell paint since the Enamel paint was still usable. I found her honesty was a rare character these days, especially during Covid where other retailers are dying to profit from consumers these days.I strongly believe an employee like Angie is a valuable asset to the company, and would recommend to anyone who needs a qualify product with excellent customer service.
