The shell fuel rewards does not work in this location. The worst part is that once you cancelled the transaction. The reward is redeemed. That you will lose that reward

I frequent this store a lot cause I live close by, close enough to where I can walk, with that being said... customer service here sucks, it's a bad/non English speaking woman that works there during the daytime hours, she has abandoned the store on multiple occasions, leaving the doors unlocked and no one at the register.....Also she has the worst attitude, very nasty...

This is just a couple miles from home but I am finished. The card reader on the pumps never seem to work. I get SHELL gift cards (I look them up before I go) But every time I go to get gas they won't read. Says to see cashier. Go inside and there is one employee working the Post Office. Then when you finally get help the inside machine won't read it. This station has really gone down hill. It's just a Lottery station. I have lived here 45 years and I am finished with this shell. Go Racetrac!

Visited this place for gas and was not impressed. I pulled up to a pump, and it was malfunctioning. It would not recognize a credit card, and the screen kept blinking rapidly. So I had to go to a different pump. When finished, I decided to go inside to let the clerk know of the malfunctioning pump. The first thing I noticed walking in was a terrible odor or stench! I have no idea what it was, but it was horrid. I told both clerks about the gas pump screen, but they seemed totally unconcerned. So maybe they'll look at it, maybe they won't? The customer service definitely seemed lacking here.

Came in here to buy some lotto and encountered the most rude ignorant woman that had a black mask on and gave me the most hateful look. She didn't seem to even understand or speak English. Why a business would even employ a person with no customer service skills is beyond me. I'm gonna be sure to avoid this place for now on.

This new woman that works on the gas station side barely speaks English and has the most disgusting attitude I've every gotten from anyone in here. I'm a regular customer and am considering not coming in anymore. What happened to the 2 nice girls that use to here????

When I tried to use use discount from being Shell fuel rewards member + cash for maximum discount the clerk was not happy. I asked to put $45, but he cut the pump around $30 mark. When I went in to ask what was wrong he said some nonsense and said he will give me the left over amount. Then he tried to short change me. Had to go back in and confront him to get $10 back. What a joke. I want the younger lady with glasses back. She was very professional and courteous every visit.

The Post Office counter is the best kept secret in Gwinnett!! Shipping packages is quick and efficient. I've never had anything lost and I can't say the same for the main Duluth post office. However they are often out of stamps.
