The level of racial profiling that happens at this store is unacceptable. I was very much racially profiled against, not allowed to ship my package, and the lady Melissa refused to give me her name to report her to corporate. So this review is for you Melissa. I gave her a description of my package she said she needed to check the regulation and came back 15 mins later telling me I can't ship something to the retuned sender who used the same service. Moreover, as I was on the phone she proceeded to open my package staying that she needed to send a picture of the item being shipped to her store manager to see if it was in line with their shipping policy. If you don't know the regulation why are you handling peoples shipping that's a federal offense? And why would you open my package and want to send a verifying picture to you manager who now that I needed escalated assistance was no where to be found or not accessible. Then she didn't wanna share her name lol like cut the crap! Stop with the racial profiling. It's getting old people. Melissa I hope that your leadership takes this matter as a serious issue and threat their business model. You have been very disrespectful and not providing me your name was the icing on the cake. I literally was left standing in the store lobby without being helped and without returning a package that was pre-labeled because someone wanted to be racists and very nasty at 8:30 am on a Friday. Like the store just opened! Get a grip racism sucks!

They're always friendly here! Service is usually good but when it's busy it's busy. Otherwise I come in to drop my Amazon returns and they're super fast!

I only pick up my mail about once every 2-3 weeks. Very little trouble for the staff there. Very rude staff and if and when I send a package it takes them FOREVER to process the label, etc and costs more than the USPS. Will not be renewing. Poor customer service at it's worst.

There's nowhere to complain about my package being delivered. I was sitting outside the driver sped up my driveway turned around and threw my package on the ground and sped away.. I was like are you serious I was right there. The fact that she was speeding in and out of my driveway at 3pm and then just threw my package on the floor??? Like that's not how you handle peoples belongings!

What a bad service!!!! I was there for drop off amazon package. It always takes 5~10 seconds. I was ups today. There was three employees and no customer but they was busy. I been stand to wait 10 mins!!! No customer wait 10mins!!! Can you believe this????!!!!! 3 employees!! nobody help me while 10mins!!! Goood service ups always but not today!!!! What happened ups this store today!!!!!

This UPS Store is open as early as 8 am. It's located in the Kroger shopping plaza in Duluth off Steve Reynolds.Most I know are open later during this stay-in-shelter. I had an Amazon order I needed to return back asap. I'm so glad this UPS Store was open. I got in and out in a few minutes. Staff is friendly. 20/2020

I will not hesitate to call Joseph whenever I need a ride to the airport. He went above and beyond and the price he gave us was very reasonable.

Went into the store today to retrieve a package and a mysterious man who lied and called himself Marcus Marshall who I believe his name is Peter was not very helpful at all! Customer Service Fail!

This UPS Store was such a life saver! They picked up a dry cleaning order from a local cleaners and shipped it to me in Massachusetts. We had moved away forgetting our expensive clothing and Teresa was able to pick up the order, box and ship it to us within a few days. So grateful for this place!

Severe lack of customer service at this UPS Store, starting with the manager, Larry, down to MR DAVE. The real UPS would shut this place down in a heartbeart! Stay away from this place!

We came to this place to have some documents shipped. The gentleman put our name/address wrong twice even after we showed him the exact shipping parcels from earlier service done by UPS. Obviously he was annoyed by this but I don't get why. Not even our fault at first place!! Also, he wouldn't pack documents and put them envelopes in front of us, saying - "if you want me to do that you are welcome to wait and watch". EXCUSE ME? Those are important documents and you just put them over your printer and let it be???? Won't come back again.

Dropped in thinking I'd give this store another chance since I've had horrible customer service in the past. I had a package with a pre paid shopping label. This grumpy old white man with glasses refers me to the post office in a smart tone. if I needed a copy of my label. I simply asked if there was a receipt. I did not ask for any referrals. I took my package back as I decided I will never do business here again. He and the mousy woman with glasses has the same energy and attitude. I did also Customer Service for the store to let them know about my 2nd bad encounter with this store.

When I came into the store to pick up a package, the man behind the counter - I'm not going to name him as it's not my intention to flame anyone - was helping an Asian man who clearly didn't speak much, if any English. I don't know what transpired before I got there, but the employee was clearly irritated at having to explain to the man how to use the credit card machine and how to fill out the paperwork. In fact, I witnessed the employee rolling his eyes, nearly ripping the paperwork from the man's hand, pulling the credit machine toward himself and shoving it back into place with exasperation - all of this in front of the customer AND at least two other customers in front of me. It was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I also noticed how he was the picture of helpfulness when the other people, and then myself came to the counter. Not cool.
