My cousin bought a used BMW and it freaking blew up 2 weeks later. Subaru of Gwinnett refused to take responsibility and it's entirely unacceptable that it stopped working so soon. The engine locked up while they had it (after my cousin took it back in) and they wanted HIM to pay for the engine. He had to contact the manufacturer, NOT Subaru of Gwinnett, and they are the ones that provided a new motor and sent him a courtesy car. And this was after months of back and forth with Subaru of gwinett where they refused to accept ANY responsibility for selling such a bad car. They're not accredited by the BBB and they're not trustworthy sellers.

Subaru of Gwinnett offered a 2014 crosstrek through Truecar.com. They described it as one owner and no accidents. The carfax report stated the car had three owners and one accident. They sent me an offer through Truecar email and said they would honor it. When I test drove the car, the ac didn't work. I had asked about taking the car to an independent garage to check out what else might be wrong with it. They told me I could, but then they wouldn't honor that agreement. They continued to raise the price even though they had sent me paperwork on the car sale already and claimed they would honor the truecar offer. They went back on every single detail that we had agreed to during discussion of the car. They are a dishonest dealership. Buyers should be aware of that going in--or better yet--not go in. I have a written record of the exchanges with the dealer, and they still wouldn't honor any of it.

Moved to the area just over a year ago, and needed to take my Subaru in. It is currently Saturday around 130 in the afternoon, and it says that they should be open. And I called the service number, the main number, and the sales number, it just says that your call is monitored. And then it starts ringing again, and no one ever answers, no one ever gives a voicemail nothing. if this is the reliability on a Saturday, they've lost my business. I will find a different Subaru dealership.

Tiffani Ho is the absolute BEST! I'm one of those people who isn't a huge fan of car buying, but after a serious accident I found myself in the market with absolutely no idea how to find what I wanted; a safe, fun, reasonably priced car that I can drive for as long as humanly possible so I never have to ever buy a car again. After two months of searching and talking to a number of different sales people at various dealerships (and consistent gut feelings that I was a walking target they felt they could take advantage of) I got lucky, and ended up on the phone with Tiffani. I told her what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay, and she said "Let's do it!". I felt she was authentic, honest, transparent and extremely knowledgeable about not only my car, but the details of the purchase process (beyond her own role in the part). I felt comfortable reaching out to her to ask what I felt were silly questions, which she assured me were not, and expressing my needs. I will recommend Subaru of Gwinnett and Tiffani to all my friends because of this experience. Thank you to you Tiffani and Tim, and y'all's team!

Brought my car in. I've had 3 Subarus. Usually an ok experience, fast and efficient. I've been waiting. Lots of sales & service people standing around, gossiping, eating, and cursing. Ugh. So unprofessional. I want out.

On the advice of another Subaru owner, I decided to take my 21 Outback in for service. Kirby was our assistant and did a remarkable job. So did the other members of the staff. All of our updates and maintenance was handled with no issue. Clean waiting room and snacks available. Will return for sure.

Matthew Buckles made my experience at Subaru of Gwinnett the best I've ever had at a car dealership by far!! He was so nice, chill, professional and easy to get along with. He was a no pressure kind of guy, who also made me very comfortable test driving the vehicles. He has a great vibe about him which is very calming and pleasant. The entire dealership is also very calm and relaxing. It's crazy to think of a car dealership as relaxing, but that's exactly what it was. The whole car buying process was very quick as well. I can't recommend them enough, and especially Matthew. Any future car purchases will only be from him. Thanks for the best customer service ever, Matthew!!Oh, and I absolutely LOVE my Crosstrek!! So much fun to drive and perfect in every way.

We have been a Toyota/Lexus family since the early 80s. My wife was looking for something different, and we stopped here to try the new Outback. Our salesperson, Jody, was both accommodating and knowledgeable. We drove the Touring model with turbo, and we're immediately impressed. My wife (lead foot) liked the performance. I liked all the technology and comfort features. Everyone at the dealership were friendly. Jody gave us a fair deal, so we chose this over the other options we found. Today, I'm in for service for the first time. The Service Manager greeted me when I pulled up. The advisor was friendly, and explained everything very clearly. How I was received felt much like the Lexus dealership. I recommend this place and Jody very highly.

The service department has always done a good job for me and my BRZ. But the big plus here is they have TWO-PLY PERFORATED toilet paper in the restroom. Just sayin'.

This was my first time buying with Subaru and it will most likely be my last. I have had nothing but problems with my new 2021 forester that I bought in February. My initial impression with SOG was great. Once the sale was complete, a complete nightmare. My sales person was inexperienced, gave me incorrect information on pricing, expectations & never did the delivery because they wanted to make another sale. My car was nothing like I had expected and paid for. They couldn't even do the paperwork correctly and my first oil change wasn't free. Corporate is now involved because I had to pay out of pocket. I have emailed the GM multiple times, no answer. I have also called & it's impossible to get someone on the phone regarding a mistake. I will not recommend. I had heard a lot of good things about SOG. They are a total disappointment. 1) I paid for a leather upgrade & was reassured of the leather type & where leather would be. Upon getting the car they didn't even schedule the leather upgrade so I had to drive another hour round trip to drop off at another time. And upon getting my car back it was dirty, wrong leather & not in the places I was promised 2) I was told multiple times that my $1500 would go towards my balance. It did not. I didn't find out till signing day 3) my car was delivered with 220 miles on it & it wasn't throughly detailed. The sales rep actually made a joke about how their Boss would be upset about it. The car also had a scratch that they buffed out after 3 trips. 4) upon asking about an audio upgrade, I was told to go to Best Buy, then after sending an email about my complaints I was told I could buy an audio upgrade. They didn't even did the first mistakes. Corporate ended up paying for the upgrade. 5) they never added my oil change maintenance plan to my contract. I paid out of pocket for my oil change at the Atlanta location which then told me to contact SOG, I tried their phones were busy, I even messaged them on fb messenger and told I would get a call back, never happened. I even emailed the gm about this concern again. 6) I knew NOTHING about my new car, I had to YouTube, I was told by the sales rep after I bought the car to just read the manual 7) my radio / entertainment center has had issues since they installed the upgraded audio, S of Atlanta upgraded the software but I'm still having issues 8) my car emergency brakes randomly - yeah have fun with that one 9) I didn't know till after I bought the car that the transmission gear shift is loud & can make lots of noise apparently that's in the 2020 & 2021 model 10) ive been in 3 loaners and my car drives like none of them. I brought this up to the sales person who said they would check on it but didn't. 11) after talking to corporate (although I talked to the sales manager multiple times) I was told the reason why my seat warmers weren't getting as warm was because the leather gets put over the cloth. Like a seat cover. Again something I didn't know. I paid for this car in full. It was a gift to myself. Here I am crying in a brand new car. This is disappointing & honestly I would never recommend SOG

Great people and very good car selections.
