Me too, arrived the store at 10:06am, posted note 15mins back, I waited for the sale lady back 10: 20am , why not open at 10:30........

Came here on a weekday when they were supposed to be open at 10am. I got here 10:13 and the door was locked. A sign was posted "back in 15 minutes." My confusion is the store has only been open for 13 minutes so how in the world is it closed already. I have technically waited 15minutes since opening but still haven't seen anyone.

I went into the store this morning as the lady was very rude. She didn’t speak or anything. Once I started browsing around to look for the shoe I wanted the sales person then ask me what was I looking for after I find the shoe I wanted. The sale person then looks at me and states I don’t think that’s your quality of shoe. I mean how can a sale person tell you what type of quality shoe you like or what can a person afford. I’ll never go back to this store because the lady was very racists and after I told her I was going to report her, she wanted to apologize

Great customer service! Yes, the shoes are expensive but they are a good quality and I needed to start taking care of my feet. If you plan on coming be prepared for spend some time trying shoes and definitely ask for recommendations the two ladies who were there when I went helped me find shoes to support my arch.

The Korean salesperson has a lot of knowledge about SARS shoes. He recommended shoes that fit me well. On my birthday, they called me in advance and gave me a discount.
I will definitely buy SARS shoes only from here from now on!!!

I bought a shoe in this store and a month later found it is defect. I brought it to another SAS store and the associate there said it is really defect and I should get it return or exchange in the store I bought it. However when I brought it back to this store, the lady here was rude to me and refused to give me return or exchange.

Excellent service and very high quality, American made shoes. Prices are higher but you definitely get what you pay for. Anyone with hard to fit feet and foot issues needs to come here.
