The Duluth Sam’s Club is by far the best in the area! Great customer service throughout the store! Employees are very friendly and helpful and have no problem pointing you in the right direction if you need help finding something. Bakery items are always fresh.

I am a 10-year Sam's Club customer. A black female employee who checks receipts and items at the front door is rude and senseless and treats me as a thief, and I face customers unpleasantly while checking my shopping items more than three times. Such an offending female employee needs to be trained by the company itself to make progress. Please note.

They never do full pizza orders. Once they stopped an hour before closing, and today it was 3 hours before closing. I waited over 15 minutes in line only to be told no more whole pizzas. Like why not tell the whole line that instead of making you wait for nothing? And they were still making pizzas, but said only for individual slices. Yet while I was waiting a guy was picking up 5 pizzas?? Both times I just drove over to Costco to get my pizzas and remembered this is why I just go to Costco first usually.

I went to Sam's Club today to pick up my order that I placed early this morning for evening pick up. The rep placed the items in my trunk while I sat in my car... I get home only to realize they DID NOT have my order completed, and I was missing toilet paper and baby wipes...
I then call them for 45 minutes straight, only to be ignored, and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE... One time, I heard someone pick it up and hang up in my face. Customer service is not their strength at all.
I've called in the past as well, and they do not pick up the phone on purpose.
I'm definitely considering moving on to Costco or sticking to Amazon because at least I'll be provided with customer service.
UPDATE: I went the next day to pick up what was missing. Talked to customer service who was smirking when I talked about being hung up on and no one answering the phone. She never apologized either.... but she told me to go to Curbside to look for my items and that if i told them her name at the door, they would let me out ?... they weren't there and so I went to pick them up myself, go to the door and had to explain myself and then they have a manager called over and I explained myself again, and she let me out.
I received a call yesterday from Eric, who was very nice and a regular hourly employee, not a manager, who let me know I should've gotten a $25 gift card.... no one at the store told me this or gave me this on my second visit, and secondly, his manager told him to call me.. I would think a manager would call when a customer has an escalated complaint. ? ?

I always come here and try to order a whole pizza and they say they never have it but I saw somebody take a whole pizza here at the food Cort and the place is a little dirty

I always order all my cakes from Sam’s club. Michelle at the bakery is super friendly and so helpful. Cakes always looked exactly how I imagined in my head ..and they always tasted delicious too. Lots of compliments from the families and friends we had over. Ms. Michelle, thank you for always helping me out on my special days. You are the best!!

So unprofessional and terribly slow service. Returns workers have zero incentive for they are miserable and making us all miserable too!
Tried to return something which is allowed according to the policy and even the manager refused.
Disrespectful behavior! Costco is the way to go

They encourage members to use the app to self check and skip the line, which is great. However, now there’s an exit line that is long and slow. It took me 10 minutes to get out of their newly installed “gates”. What an irony- avoid the wait of the checkout line just to wait in the exit line!!!

I was always satisfied with my purchases but since I got the plus card it fascinated me more because I have the app I buy and pay through the app I leave quickly without long lines by the way that should improve because the lines are very intense on weekends much more Stressful by the way but I no longer go through that when paying but when leaving the checkup it is fatal with the people who are checking terrible too.

This place is the most unprofessional unorganized shipping department. I've seen in my life and I've been to every state in this country. First off.
Everywhere I've ever been in my life. There is a sign in sheet that let's individuals know who was here first and who's next? They usually asked for your phone number to contact you to come and dock to get loaded when it's your turn. The guy at the front desk here told me there's no sign in sheet. So the driver's just lined up outside and decide who got here first themselves. Long story short I literally witness a near stabbing over a dispute of who got here first. I got here at 3:30 PM. There was a guy that had been waiting since 12. He had to argue with another guy that was trying to take his spot. I was after him. There was 2 trucks ahead of me. There was trucks pulling in trucks pulling out there was only one dock. There's no one controlling traffic. There's no signs and there's no parking because it's at a general Sam's Club. It is total chaos and unorganized anarchy at this facilities absolutely ridiculous. They get NEGATIVE ‐5 STARS.

I came in to check out a membership through payroll for Walmart employees. Apparently they dont do that anymore but no one sent us a memo. So that's on me. The customer service rep was nice and gave us our options and layed out each membership in great detail.
The store was layed out well. It was predominantly processed foods that we don't eat so we decided to not proceed with a memberships. But I was surprised they had a lot of finishing items for backyards as well as garden supplies.

Maybe the worst Sam's club in America. Went this morning to get a bag of ice, no ice at 10:30 a.m. Inventory is frequently sold out, the lines to check out are long and then you have to stand in a 50 ft long line to show your receipt. And this morning, they were playing club music. It's just a matter of time until this place closes down, everyone here acts like they are doing you a favor to work there. Bad attitudes and I've never had an employee smile at me in there.
