Very poor customer service. I Bought a new Tire . The technician forgot to put Air in the new tires. I had to go back and get the error message fixed from the dashboard.

This location is consistently the worst I have ever been to. In particular the food court here is extremely unprofessional. Time and time again the staff of this food court close up HOURS before they're supposed to. I was just there yesterday and was planning to order food and it was at least 2 hours prior to when the food court is supposed to close and was told when approaching the counter they were only selling drinks. I asked what time they close and the girl said 7:00pm. It was 5:00pm! She said they were very busy so they decided to close early. WTF kind of excuse is that?!? For the record, I've seen them to do this numerous times, 2-3 hours before the warehouse is closed, the kitchen is closed and cleaned and appears as though it hadn't been open for a very long period of time, whether it's a week day or weekend. This is inexcusable and I'm amazed management allows this and I question whether other customers notice this because I sure do! The manager of this establishment needs to be held accountable because this is a very poor reflection upon Sam's Club in general. Unfortunately this warehouse is the closest location to my home but I will be going elsewhere from now on. For the record, I have never seen another Sam's Club do this with their food court so it's very specific to this location in Duluth. If the employees don't want to work or be there, QUIT! On top of this issue with their food court, the situation with the shopping cars is pretty abysmal as well. Often times there are no carts and we have to go and retrieve one from the parking lot.

Warehouse shopping only. Don't come here for gas at all, it will be a waste of a trip for you. We drove around on either side and towards the rear of the building too.

I have been standing 15 min and there is no one here . Ask the pick up service to call someone 3 different people still waiting someone to show . Absolutely unbelievable. Zero representative. If I can give zero star I would. Do not go there it’s a terrible choice.

This sams club has to be the worst, all the staff and I mean all the staff work with such a lazy attitude and get annoyed when you asked them for assistance, they all move with no sense of urgency that it is amazing that thing things get done, I've seen almost all staff on their phones. Do better sams club.

I'm Sam Club in Duluth puts in a GAS STATION.This club definitely will bring more customers from Costco. I can't stand the traffic lines at Costco.

Love this place! We like the meat dept. especially. Good deals for feeding a large family. The meat dept. also helped me once pick out the best piece of meat for a pot roast.The store is clean, the shelves are neat and orderly, and I've never worried about if they'd have what I want. Thank you!

Worst costumer call service in the auto department. I was rudely interrupted by being placed on hold by Mary who failed to make an attempt at helping me through a different way when I wasn't able to provide ONE answer about my tires. Will not be using their service.

Great place to shop! Womens bathroom needs door locks on stalls, floors are filthy , bathrooms are filthy!

Horrible. they are liars, and thieves. I ordered a pick-up order for 4-5 pm. I drove there to avoid traffic and never got a text saying ready by 5:15pm. so I went into the store and bought the items. I tried to ask 5 people for help including a manager and they all ignored me. I asked the associate as I left how I could cancel my pick-up order since I had purchased the items and it was never ready. she said it would cancel automatically (I don't understand why they wouldn't let you cancel on the app). After 10pm that night I get a text saying it's ready for pickup. they close at 8pm! they take the money out of my account. I get a reminder text, call help and say cancel - after 10 minutes on the phone with cs in India she finally admits she can't access it and I need to talk to the store. she transfers me. supervisor is rude from the start. during the call he tells me I'm odd for coming in and buying the items when I ordered them - I needed the items! then he tells me I should have had them cancel before buying and that I spoke to the wrong person. when I pointed out how he is blaming me instead of resolving the problem - he hung up on me. dirty store. rude employees. never shop here!

Pickup order from 6-7pm. Now 9pm when they closed @8 and still no order. Only had 6 items to pick up. They sent a text @8:30 that it was ready, but still waited another 30 minutes. Asked how much longer & they said " Wait, another 20 minutes or come back tomorrow" ..... for. 6. Items. Waited 3 hours for an order I still did not get

I had two items and got into line then one of the cashiers with a raspy voice kept moving us around. And treated us like trash I literally was so upset I had to put my stuff up and leave. Don't go here unless you want an hour wasted. Also the bananas potato's has mold on them be wary.

This Sam’s Club tire shop has horrible customer service. Nobody was at the counter. They finally came and said it would take 45 minutes. I went out to check on the car after 45 minutes and my was still sitting in the parking lot. Turned out to be 3 hrs because I guess the only two workers were talking a vacation. I’m going to Costco next time.

My wife brought our car in to get the 2 front tires replaced. She inadvertently told Serena, service person, it was the rear tires she wanted replaced. The staff in the auto service department inspected all 4 tires and used common sense. They replaced the tires that needed to be replaced. I appreciate their professionalism in taking care of our car.
