The women who answered the phone made it seem as if it was an inconvenience to answer the phone the app is not always correct when it comes to knowing if something is in stock or not so therefore if i call to find out i should not be told sometimes we are busy with the client and can't shears get to the phone its your job to answer the phone and help people when they need help it doesn't hurt to be kind

Girl acted like it was an inconvenience to help. Told me that I had to download an app to buy anything. No other option was given. I am a visiting hairstylist on a film set and do not have Salon Centrics where I live complete waste of my time in this store.

The Manager is VERY PROFESSIONAL! They have a plethora of products & this location moved to a bigger nicer location is the same Plaza. Love it!

Staff is rude and have huge attitude. I honestly never going back there. The best location and best staff is at Buckhead and Alpharetta. If I can give 0to Gwinnett location I would or - .... Horrible location.

everytime I call the duluth location I get totally different information. First of all I have been telling them for 3 years that my info is incorrect in the system. 1. I got married 2. I am not a "home" stylist and 3. I have 2 businesses and my manager picks up products for us when we are not available. we have been instructed each time on how I am supposed to handle picking up our small items. it changes each time and each time they say.. this is the right way corporate wants us to do it. I am clearly professionally licensed, hold a salon license by the state and have been shopping there for years.
