They'll put you on hold then hang up at 5pm when they close. Hospital stay extended by 3 days bc of Rotech delays getting Durable Medical Equipment delivered in a timely manner. No communication. Says they'll delivery on Tuesday at 1pm but instead delivers on Thursday at 4pm, without calling or answering phone calls.

This is the worst company I have seen, you can't get in touch with them they won't answer the phone, My oxygen machine doesn't work and they left one tank to use. I am on oxygen 24 7. Had to call another company.
