We were referred to Eric and his team through a friend and we are very pleased with the work they did for us on a new installation of hardwood flooring. Following the initial contact, Eric got back to us right away and put us in the queue for his next availability, so we were able to get on the schedule right away. All of the work was completed according to the original plan and with minimal disruption to our household. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding and they kept things neat and tidy during and following their work. We will absolutely recommend Eric and Rios Hardwood Flooring to our friends and neighbors .

Erick and his crew were professional, prompt, and organized. I have worked with several contractors lately, and Erick was the only one who scheduled well in advance and stick to the dates and times as promised. His communication was excellent and the new flooring and repairs look great!

I found Rios Hardwood Flooring from a suggestion on our neighborhood Facebook page . The company has worked on many houses in my neighborhood and everyone I asked had good things to say.
Erick's team installed LVT flooring in my basement last Summer. His team was always punctual and the job was done in the allotted time at a fair price. There were some challenges with my existing stairs and I appreciated the way he troubleshooted with me so that we could figure out a solution that looked good and was still affordable. I get so many compliments on the basement flooring.
We were so thrilled with our new basement that I asked if I could get on his schedule exactly one year later to do the much larger project of ripping out our "vintage" carpet upstairs and replacing with hardwood. He put me on the schedule a year in advance and checked in a couple of times to confirm the timing. I was able to schedule kid camps and work travel so we could strategically be out of the house for the fumes.
They did the entire upstairs with new hardwoods and then refinished the main floor hardwoods to all be a beautiful color of Provincial, mixed with Dark Walnut. The result is beautiful and we love our new floors!

Eric just finished sanding our existing floors and adding wood to two rooms. He and his crew did an amazing job. The floors look wonderful, they were very neat, and I loved that they moved all of our furniture!

Rios Hardwood Flooring removed old flooring (engineered hardwood and tile) and installed new flooring on the entire first level of our home. Eric and his crew were friendly and professional with the job completed quickly. They were thorough with cleanup and minimizing dust during the process. Rates were very reasonable with all costs explained up front. Highly recommended.

Working with Eric was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. He is personable, patient, punctual, and just good people as they say.
My flooring was hard to match for the repairs, but Eric used all his sources and just kept grinding until he found the pattern and finish.
We also decided to get his help to upgrade our dated old stairway and bannisters, which turned out beautifully. And at every step (no pun intended) he was helping us get the most value for our dollars.
If you have a flooring project, I would advise to stop searching and just call Eric.

Erick did a great job with repairs on our existing hardwood floors. He found a perfect match for our 17 year old flooring and with his meticulous skills and talent, you don’t notice the patched areas. We look forward to having him back to do our basement floors this Spring. He is honest, hardworking and reasonably priced.

Erick and his team did a great job. Erick was so easy to communicate with and schedule, and he was knowledgable and profession. So I felt very at ease with him, and felt I could trust him and his opinion. His team did an efficient and great job. The cleanup, while not the main part of the work but very important in my opinion, is the best cleanup I've ever seen of the many many vendors that have come to do work inside and outside my house. The price was also competitive, which doesn't hurt. Highly recommend!

Terrific experience working with Eric and team. Came into the project expecting to buy all new floors. Eric gave an honest assessment that re-finishing would be the better route, which saved me tons of money. He also gave several color options until we saw exactly what we wanted. End result looks great, made 40 year old hardwoods look brand new. No complaints whatsoever.

Erick and his helper did a fantastic job. I needed some wood replaced because of pet accidents. The floor is so beautiful now. I was so impressed. Erick is so professional and very respectful. I definitely recommend him.
