While looking at the new Traverse online, I called the dealership to see if and when they would have a car available for me. I was told and sent pictures of a car, even was told that the car would be available today. I was in constant communication with the salesperson, even informing him that I was out of town and when I would be available. Took a 3.5 round trip drip to see a car that they sold when I was in route. Didn’t make any effort to call me to let me know that they did not have a car for me to test drive nor see. The old bait and switch routine. I hear that they get a dealership credit for wasting my time and money. This is when a customer schedules an appointment and then shows up to the dealership at the time.
