I'd like to commend Elijah and the team for a wonderful and seamless experience in buying a used car. Elijah worked with us to find a car with the features within the price range and mileage we wanted. It's a beautiful car. In all our years of buying cars, Elijah was the only sales rep who ever took the time to fully explain each feature. Usually a sales rep takes you for a test drive and gives an overview of what's included. He patiently went through each detail. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and I never felt pressured. Thank you!

Never have I experienced a ruder or more disrespectful vehicle purchase experience. They told me one thing on the phone and when I got there ready to buy the car the sales manager refused to discuss the break down of charges and ask me " do you want the car or not!!" The salesmen at Mall of Ga Mazda thank you for making it so easy for them to sell us a car. All they had to do was be polite!! What a horrible Customer service experience. If this is how you treat your customers ready to purchase a car, how horrible must it be after the sale!!!

This dealership failed me and sent me on a wild goose chase and caused me so much stress that could have been avoided. Buying the car was a smooth and easy process but they sold me the car after it failed the emissions test the day they sold it to me and they did not make me aware (they knew the results were failed-how could you take it to the emissions inspection yourself and not read the paper they hand you saying if it passed or failed). I feel like that is illegal and you can't sell a car that failed an emissions test and not tell the customer, who knows. Anyways, I was waiting for my license plate to come and it never did. 5 days before my temporary tag was set to expire, I tried to get ahold of my sales-person. It took me 3 days to reach him and Mazda did not answer their phones for an entire day. I spoke to 3 different people about this situation who gave me 3 different answers about what I was supposed to do. One said I didn't have to worry about driving with an expired temporary tag and that my license plate would be mailed soon. Another said I had to go to the tag office. I literally had to figure out what to do next all by myself. I had to fill out a form to extend my temporary license, go to UPS to get that document notarized, then go to the county tag office to apply for the extension and get a new temporary tag. I had to go do another emissions test and send that document over to Mazda so they could submit it to the state. This caused me so many phone calls and stress and money! When I went to the tag office, it was still processing on their end. Luckily, a week later, I called the tag office and they let me know the license plate was mailed out. I tried scolding the sales person on the phone but he acted dumb and said that he didn't know about this issue until I called all worried 5 days before the temporary tag expiration. Like, do you just not follow-up with any of your customers. He told me about the drive cycle of 50-100 miles after a failed emissions test that you need to do then you can test it again. Ok, well in the 2 months I had the car, I drove like a couple thousand miles. He could've just told me it failed the test when I bought the car and then told me I just need to drive it 50 miles then test it again and send him the paper work. But no. I will never come back here again.

I would like to start off this come after 12 months of own the vehicle I purchased from them. Trent was the best employee there. Other than that everyone can kick rocks. AUDRA THE finance manager completely screwed me. I came in for one car that was online but yet I'd have to make a deal on it before I could even drive the car. I told them repeatedly the cars I wanted to stay AWAY FROM (Kia and Hyundai) they then proceed to show me a Hyundai, yes it was nice, and yes this is the vehicle we ended up doing a deal on as it was literally my "only option" the face of the matter was she wanted me out the door AS FAST AS I GOT THERE. She then quoted me a finance APR (16%) and after signing she implied it went up 4%... 4% is a lot when you already have not so great credit AND had to get approval from an attorney in my situation. She forced me into a car knowing it was a POS AND IT WAS CURRENTLY IN A LAWSUIT AT THE TIME. Fast forward a YEAR and now the vehicle is completely uninsurable. Kia and Hyundai are undergoing a 200 million dollar lawsuit due to high thefts. All the dealers and authorized dealers KNEW this pre 2023. Still selling cars that'll crap out on you. I highly suggest going anywhere else! A Buy here pay here down the road would be better than this place.

I will do it all over again with Divan and refer all my friends and family to him. Well done on excellent service.

my wife and were car shopping and saw an amazing deal on a toyota rav 4. go see Juan in the sales department if you want to be taken care of! i didn't think e we would be leaving with a new car because we were just "looking" but before i knew it we were driving off in a new car! I have been in the car business for over 10 years as a service vendor so i have seen everything behind the scenes when it comes to the car business. i was blown away with how fast everything went! we had our 4 year old son and my two year old daughter with us (which i didn't think would last long looking at cars) we drove home in a new car and everyone is happy! i HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Juan is the best!

I would stay away from Rick Case.When I called to set up an appointment I told the person on the phone everything that was going on with my vehicle and received a date and time for my appointment.I was the second person to arrive at the shop right when they opened at 8a the day of my appointment. I dropped my car off and thinking it would only be a few hours had a friend pick me up.No one ever informed me that my car was going to take 12-24 hours to look at and they would need it overnight.So around 3p I started to ask the service advisor what was going on with my vehicle and he did not have an update. I asked again around 4p and was told my car wasn’t even looked it at this point. I asked if they had loaner vehicles and was told no. Now I’m in a bind because I expected to have my vehicle back to pick up kids and for our evening routine.I had to rent a car from enterprise!When I picked up my vehicle a different service advisor helped check me out and was confrontational when I mentioned my experience and what was going on my with my vehicle.I haven’t had one good experience with this dealership unfortunately. I gladly drive 30 minutes away to another Mazda dealership to get great, honest and transparent service.

We worked with Kyle at Rick Case Mazda. Great experience! We had an evening appointment. They had the car we were interested in right up front ready to see and drive. Everybody was helpful and comfortable to work with. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The salesperson, Elijah gets 5 stars. The dealership is nice, but if I weren't in such a dire and expedient need to purchase, I would have taken my time and searched for a dealership that offers, at least, free oil changes. The full service package was unreasonably expensive. It's still a good dealership, and overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The service is good. They provided me a temporary car so that I can explore the things around. Technicians are professional and they do provide the inspection videos for you to go over the status of the car. They also provide complimentary car wash service but I would suggest telling them to not brush your car but only spray it. The temporary car has lots of tiny scratch on the body probably caused by improper brushing, which is a little bit concerning.But overall 5 star for the service and convenience!

Not too happy. I love my car but they try to get more and more after buying. As if people out here aren’t struggling already. When your customers patronize your business, the least you could do is allow them to enjoy what they pay for; not let them regret their purchase. Service guy legit try to hustle me trying to pull curtain over my eyes

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place has awful customer service and no one knows what they are doing. I went in to get replacement wiper blade inserts (which are different than wiper blades) and I paid almost $60 for the wrong ones. They claimed that they don't sell the inserts that often and that their system said that the inserts I was given were the right ones, even when one of their mechanics tried putting them in and he said that they were wrong. It took my dad, who is a former dealership mechanic to raise hell at them to finally get the correct ones. Avoid this place at all costs!

We are also happy with the way everyone at the dealership treated us.

I had a great appointment here. The service advisor, Ty Elliott, kept me informed, and the technician sent an inspection video via text. The waiting area was not too crowded and comfortable. It was the end of the day, and Ty and the other service manager were in a great mood and joked around as they were checking out the last customers of the day. It was a lot of fun to be around people who enjoy their work. My car runs great.
