Tammy Baker was pathetic and to be workin 19 yrs for Hyundai and now as a Service Manger she should know how to treat a customer her attitude was immature. While being rude she said there was no such tool to check the TPMS without taking off all tires, so why didn't that happen? It wasn't any cost to me since the TPMS is warrantied. I do customer service also and if a customer is unhappy I am empowered to make a issue right. You attempted by giving back the $155 that I haven't rec'd back to my CC as of July 16 that I was charged for by you and Hyundai for saying my right rear TPMS was defective its on the paperwork but didn't fix it. Your employee said the TPMS were after market. Which wasn't true at all, no one took off the tires to know they assumed because it was told to me it happens all the time. You could have said if you get it fixed today we will subtract the $155 you paid already from the cost of labor or part if there is bal you will be responsible. But the TPMS is Hyundai parts which meant I wouldn't have to pay for anything as the service manager stated and wrote on the original paperwork not the work done service invoice. I took it 25 mi back to the tire shop who tested each tire and took the tire off the rim and he said the right rear passenger side TPMS is bad looked at it for free. Then drove 25 mi back without any attitude when I spoke to the GM I flew off the handle I admit that and apologize for the vulgar language but your attitude towards me was very very very unprofessional and dirty. On top of that your staff gave my key fob to the wrong person and I ended up waiting another 15 min after I was charged $155 and I am a true believer of each person has a side to each story. You explain yours along with this review and someone will figure out I was treated unfairly and rudely.People beware because you could be paying for something that is covered under the warranty and be told it's not because someone in the shop isn't doing their job..it may not be their fault..it could be the management and then someone above mangement saying get it done at any cost..Below pictures are from the tire shop that didn't charge me $155 to say right rear TPMS is bad.

They are not too pushy and I've got to tell you if you drive one of the higher trim levels. It's bizarre but the cars drive themselves. And better than 75,000 automobiles

Made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived 10 minutes early and was informed it would be an hour and a half for the oil change. Not acceptable. They need to do a better job of scheduling appropriate amounts of time for their appointments. I will go elsewhere for service and to buy.

Best dealer experience in Georgia! The place is well organized and immaculate. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Once u come in the place you don't want to leave without a KIA! You decide, go to visit and see for yourself.

My son & I had a great experience with Drae. We had walked around browsing. Drae asked if we needed help, took us inside, found out what my son was interested in, got us set to test drive two vehicles. Appreciate that we didn't feel pressured to make an immediate purchase.

Be careful when you sign the documents!!!Initially, they offered one quote, and after signing documents, we realized that they charged 2000$ more. They charged for an extended warranty even when we declined.

Had an issue with a round cut out on the back of my new genesis that kept popping out. I called Shayon, and he took a look at it. He tried to fix it, but it still popped out. So Shayon as amazing as he is. He ordered me a replacement. And it came in, and he put the part on. No more pop outs. Shaoib Shayon is the best Saleman at Rick Case automotive. He really cares and shows a sense of urgency to make sure you are taken care of. So far, I had nothing but wonderful experiences here working with Shaoib Shayon. If you are looking to buy a luxury car, Shaoib Shayon is the man. Don't go no other place. And make sure to ask for him. He really cares about the customers. And always there when you have a question or concern. Keep up the great job Shayon!!

This time was the worst time I have ever had here. Dropped car of Sunday night, for 9am appointment, no one called to say we have your car in the bay, or to tell me to come pick up my car. Wrote on envelope would be back at 2pm to pick up, had to call to see if car was ready, was told to leave a message, left one. Got a ride to pick up my car, they did not even look at it, wrote AC was not working, said it take it a process to do that diagnosis, I said that's why I dropped it off at Sunday so they could start the diagnosis. But said if I needed an oil change it would have been done. REALLY BAD CONSUMER SERVICE.

Been here a couple of times i get parts there but the last time i visited stood out one of the car salesman open the door for me if i had cash on me i would gave him a 100 dollars i went back couldnt find him i felt so respected just food for thought the ones that dress down thats not in a suit or tie should be treated the same way

We visited Rick Case Mazda, Kia, Hyundai and had good experience at all places. No pushy salesman, really impressed by Kia's technology, wow blow Toyota and Honda away. Overall I would buy from these places.

I went for service, my service technician was amazing and extremely helpful. It's a long drive to get there but I appreciate the level of service and my salesperson who keeps me updated on the best things for me moving forward.
