I was not sure if I wanted to rent at Sugarloaf Reserve until I spoke with Rich at the office. He has gone above and beyond helping me navigate the apps and made me feel right at home. I don’t think I would have made the decision to stay if it was not for Rich.

We are very happy at Reserve at Sugarloaf! It is an immaculately managed facility & the entire staff from management to the awesome maintenance guys make it a safe, comfortable & worry free place to live. Special shout out to Rich in the office who has made us feel welcome from the first time we visited the property. He goes above & beyond to help & if he doesn’t have an answer he will get one for you. Never drops the ball! He was a big part of our choosing “The Reserve” !!

We’ve lived here for two years and we couldn’t be more pleased. The complex is clean, beautiful, well staffed, and the facilities are great. We also love the maintenance team.

The apartment complex changed owners and management property. I can say, I can see the issues coming and with the way they handle themselves - It means trouble. I have never worked with a company from both locations - front office AND corporate- who are blatantly condescending to their tenants.My Issue number two IMO, they only want to use a third party platform and/ or a third party WIPS for their payments. So, I have to go out of my way to pay someone else, so they can receive my payment????!!! Lol well then...Third-party platform had a very old account of mine and they just asked me to reset my password and enter my form of payment there... ??? That does not seem secure at all!Good things:⭐⭐⭐⭐I can say some maintenance staff stayed from the old company Lincoln and they're the best. ??????????As for this company I would Not recommend Woodward and I will definitely stay away from any of their locations.On top of everything:-gas south arena is behind us and it gets loud ???-not to mention the traffic- you will get stuck with the events traffic on both side country club and the arena???

I just work here for an outside vendor but I can really tell that the management takes care of the property and their residents. They are always making improvements from replacing old steps to replacing burnt out bulbs. You’d love to live here!
