Regions bank ok but this branch is really the worst

I am a notary and have been a customer of Regions for over 15 years and have never had bad service at any location until today. I went to have documents notarized and was told by Sejal that she would not stamp them for me after reading each page. As a notary this is not her job to read through anything. She is supposed to watch me sign and stamp. There was no reason she could articulate as to why she was refusing me service. I will be calling her manager tomorrow!!Update: Just went to another location and got it notarized without issue. Definitely calling tomorrow to complain!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The tellers Uris and Candace have no understanding or compassion whatsoever. I Went to another Regions, explained my situation and was able to do exactly what I needed to do without any hesitation. Thank God there are still good people in this world.

The worst banking experience (repeatedly) I've ever engaged. I've been a long-time business and personal account holder with Regions...how long...back when they were Union Planter's. I deposit $40k+ monthly (in checks) and every time I'm met with suspicion and holds each time. I would say it's because I'm a minority, but so are the manager and other trolls (i.e., tellers). Maybe it's just their policy you say???Except I've never had issues at the Suwanee, new Gravel Springs location, or even a Natchez MS location recently. It's something inherently wrong when I must travel, inconveniently, to a different location due to your badly trained staff, who has no concept of customer service. This has been a problem for years, but today resulted in this review after one of the cringe-looking trolls told my wife to "go to another location" after she requested to speak with the manager. Unacceptable!!! I or my family or business should not have to be inconvenienced due to your ignorance and trifling expectations of what my checking acct balances should reflect...all assumptions considered. Do better!!!

The branch manager have respect,,,he just came from out his office while a teller was helping me open account he comes out and said because I am financing my business he need more documentation for the business I am try to open the account for he stood there and tell me to explain my hole business plan only then tell me I have to set a next appointment and come back I am sorry it was like he on his period or something marquis what ever his name his ,,,

Clarice is always pleasant, helpful and resourceful. Any time I'm in branch or give her a call she provides great customer service. Chris is also great and amazing at communicating while helping or if you're waiting around.

Arrogance beyond control as I see it this branch. I have only good experience and that was with a lady teller. Makes me glad I’m changing my mortgage. People here are not understanding at all when people have to work and they have to get there spouses to take care of things and they won’t let them. We people are married on same account there should not be a problem. I hope that the manager of this branch runs into a similar situation and gets the same treatment he gave me.

I went here to close my accounts because this bank is horrible and the guy don’t know his name said he did that today I received an email saying regions alert for online banking and my account wasn’t closed I call customer service to find out a request to close my account was never done so the guy lied and didn’t do what I said. This bank and branch sucks don’t use them or go here!

This location isn't as professional as others. Cathy needs to either retire or move on. In two recent experiences she provided incorrect information. The location lacks bank product knowledge and policy information. Cathy is rude and obnoxious. She routinely talks abouts clients once they exit the establishment. The drive thru teller seems very timid and lacks knowledge. Chris is very nice and has great people skills. Unfortunately the leadership at this location is less than desirable. I'd suggest training for the branch overall and recommend more effective and efficient staff.

I have to come here because the next Regions is in Snellville. The woman at the drive thru, who is there every time I am there, is VERY rude. Always talks down to me and has an attitude. When her manager is around she is very nice, I am a first time manager and she has made the deposit process EXTREMELY stressful for me. If you can go to another Regions, DO IT. This woman is the rudest person I have ever met.
