Amazing organization that helps those who have hit tough times but want to better their lives and future. They provide temporary assistance for those who will commit to learning life skills and work hard to maintain beneficial employment. Not a program designed to keep people on long-term assistance. It seems some prior reviewers don't like to receive honest feedback.

The lady Allison was just off she was rude and told me that my family wouldnt be accepted because I have a part time job making 17.50 and that I should go apply to McDonald’s which made no since because I would be making the same amount as McDonald’s. What I don’t get and how could y’all turn a family away that both parents are working , people go threw stuff in life and her working where she works should have more Compassion For ppl and oh the last thang that got me was she said call her when I find another job smh

The person who is supposed to help you is totally unprofessional. She calls me and she asked me why I needed help. I explained my situation to her & then she basically accused me of not wanting to better my life. She obviously doesn't know the life of being a single mother in a state with no family. She didn't believe that I couldn't find a job that'll hire me 9-5 Monday-friday besides the one I currently have. Then she continued to say that I wouldn't be able to afford the apartment because I would be able to get 1000 for downpayment and 450 a month for rent Never once did she try to send me job referral or a job program. Most insensitive unhelpful person I've ever had to deal with. Your supposed to help me become better not break me down & tell me what I'm incapable of doing.

Allison, the case manager over the transitional housing is extremely rude. She told me I’ll ‘probably’ be denied to stay there, she told me don’t count on rainbow village for me and my 8 month old daughter to live at, she was very negative and didn’t give me an ounce of even opportunity for me. She continuously questioned me about a job after I told her I work and have my own car as if I was lying. Very rude, harsh and disgusting attitude!!!!!
