Today I encountered a young man named Ryan. He applied my car sticker to my windshield with the utmost precision and care (I'm a bit OCD & cannot tolerate when things are crooked). This seems small, but it was the care and concern demonstrated by Ryan that reminds me why I come here. If you love your car and good service, come here.

The employees aren’t very trained in customer service, and are disrespectful. They all seem to be unhappy to be there, at least the employees I had seen the few times I come here. They brought in all the cleaning supplies an hour before closing, so couldn’t get all the soap off that the car wash left all over my vehicle. For paying for the top tier wash, you’d think they’d give a little bit of customer service courtesy to back the service I am paying for. Will be moving to a different car wash. Do not recommend. No wonder I never see a lot of traffic here.

When I joined it was amazing!
Pre-covid, there were cloth's to dry windows and your car. Now, rough rolls of paper towels.
Months ago, the attendant would spray and scrub wheel wells, front and rear bumper. Now I can't figure out what qualifies one to get this "extra" treatment.
$17/month gets you access to vacuum and chemicals with water...
2 months saved, you can buy enough product to wash your car for four months...
A little tweak by management in operational process could make this place real valuable!

Friendly and helpful staff. The vacuums are strong and brush quality doesn't scratch my cars. Recommended for normal and lightly modified vehicles.
