We buy all our fresh groceries here. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. And the meats are usually free range and organic. The staff is friendly and checkout is quick.

Not only is this an expensive place to shop, it is a smallish instance of a Publix, so they are very often out of sale items.. which are pretty much all you should buy here.

As a former publix employee, hear me out. This publix is awesome BUT NOT THE DELI.
Let me explain.
Multiple times after I work out I order a sub online to pick up. After the gym I'm on the go to eat and then head to work. I have ordered around 4 subs online to this specific store and everytime without fail my sub is never ready.
The online ordered machine makes a loud noise whenever a order comes through. Everytime I come, and let them know I ordered a sub not ready, they run to the machine. There are a bunch of orders not even acknowledged when I arrive. This makes me believe they r just ignoring the machine/and orders all together.
This is not acceptable. At the store I previously worked at, that machine went off not just for subs, but all online orders and it was our job to make sure things were prepared 5-10 minutes before the pick up time.
The managers at this location need to let the employees know that these ordered need to be fulfilled as the same way. To many times I see people getting upset while having to wait for their order to be made, alongside me.
Also, everyone in that department is a team. I went to the deli meat counter to inform them my sub wasn't ready and they just pointed at the sub station, making me wait for someone else to assist me. I never heard a word from the manager about the issue, and the lady who made my order didn't offer but 1 sentence saying "I'll make that right now."
The GM of this store needs to do better with this department. Especially when publix subs are good and worthy of the profit it brings in.

Tony in the hot food section is always pleasant. He provides excellent customer service!
When Tony is not in, I just leave & go to the Buford Hwy location. Seriously, the hot food section at this location is ALWAYS a mess. It’s either no food or the people working are complaining about whose fault it is. The Buford Hwy location ALWAYS has fresh & ample food on the hot bar. It’s like the people at this location really dislike working in the hot food area.

I found what I was looking for. The veggies are fresh, and the bakery has two breads that we like. They are the potato bread and the breakfast bread. The cashiers are friendly and the place is very organized and clean.

Any Publix will always be one of the best local grocery stores. Staff are always friendly & so far I haven’t been across any Publix with a self check out. Cashiers are always kind & will always go above & beyond their duty. This particular store is located at Peachtree corner in Gwinnett County between Duluth & Norcross City. Very neat & staff are attentive & friendly.
