I love the tags and the company. The only drawback is that the tags fade rather quickly. I have used box tape and scotch tape, and they both do it.

My experience was top-notch. Not only was the quality of the print and binding exceptional, so was the customer service. I needed to get a smaller, personal print job completed very quickly. Bill Gentner worked closely with me to ensure that the quality was satisfactory. He was also kind and understanding of the quick-turnaround that I needed. He listened to what I wanted, but then took the time and effort to make recommendations that he felt would improve the final outcome of the print job. As an architectural designer, I am particular about details and wanted a high-quality print, and Print Revolution delivered just that. I highly recommend Print Revolution for their high-quality products, their attention to detail, wonderful customer service, and the ease with which it was to place and complete print orders.

I have been using Forms Plus for over 10 years now! Orders always arrive quickly and I have only had one issue with tags over all those years, which they corrected immediately and sent me replacements at no extra charge! We would highly Recommend them!!

Great customer service! Love the updates from UPS tracking that is sent to you without you having to search for it. They will even call you to make sure you don't run out of products which is important because I almost ran out of tags one day and I would have been without them. We use ConsignPro/Visual Horizon company and software and they are very compatible with the tag machine , receipt printer etc...

I ordered our checks on-line, it was a very easy process. I would suggest that there be some way to view the checks before purchase. Also, I ended up having to call customer service as we had a major snow storm and UPS sent the checks back. The representative was extremely helpful and after a brief hold, assured me that our check order had been resent. I received the order later that week. I feel like everything went smoothly from order to receipt even with the snow storm. Thank you!

Last time a woman in customer service was the most rude, nasty & unprofessional experience I have ever had not only with this company but in all the many years I have been in business. The Customer Service is very pleasant and the company is one I enjoy calling. But, I seldom need to because they always got it right the first time! Website ordering is easy as well. My order normally arrived earlier than I thought it would! Don't visit very often, but the company makes it easy. I really enjoy the Chat Feature! Always so pleasant and quick to handle my request.

My employer has done business with Forms Plus for years. The longevity is due to the responsiveness to our needs and the quality of their production. I've had many "rush" jobs that they have been able to deliver, thus keeping A/P on course. The service from Frankie in sales is top-notch, whether you call or email. She always responds and does so with a sense of urgency.
