This poor bank location struggles with drive thru service. This is the second time I've been the only car in the drive thru and I've waited over 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Last time I had to call the bank from my car because I waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged, then I had to go in and let them know I was waiting to be acknowledge. Nice employees, but not aware of their drive thru. I hope they continue to grow and do better and learn better customers service for drive thru customer. Plan on being here 30 for each transaction.

If your ethinicity is other than Korean, please don't go to this location as the language barrier will make it difficult to perform your transactions. In addition, this location is very slow. I was greeted upon entering but I sensed that vibe that I wouldn't have a pleasant experience as the greeter didn't ask me to sign in nor look in the system to confirm my reason for being there. I left and scheduled an appointment at another location. I tried not to let the previous reviews persuade me but I saw firsthand what unsatisfied customers experienced.

If i could give this location less than a start i would, I went and try to withdraw a couple of thousands and they denied it to me stating that if they gave me that they wouldn't have money for anybody else for that day, it wasn't like i was getting 10 thousand dollars or even if i was you would think that you can access to your own money at anytime, the manager was rude and helpless i needed the money and since i couldn't get it i wasn't able to pay what i needed on time.

After a terrible experience at the Suwanee location. This location in Gwinnett was so accommodating to me when my debit card was damaged. I want to personally thank Mohanno and Tanya for their AMAZING customer service over the phone and inperson!!

I have been coming to this bank for months to withdraw money off my ssi well today It tells me that I took to long to take the money except nothing came out so I go in and talk to a manager and he basically tells me there's nothing they can do about it call ss so basically I'm screwed

Literally ONE person working both drive through AND inside. Drive through is full and the inside while there was two other people sitting in their office.

Went in to cash a PNC Check was told because I don’t have an account he couldn’t cash it? I’m so glad I don’t bank with this bank it’ll soon be another bank being apart of an acquisition

This bank just keeps getting worst and worst and that banker John is the worst banker I have ever dealt with in my life! I can’t believe PNC will hire a person like this. He literally knows nothing and needs anger management. They are desperate at this point. Do better!

Initially greeted well. Then nothing. Just waiting at the front counter while 2 of their employees were figuring something out on their computers.A lady was sitting patiently and not being attended to.Slow slow slow service!! People have things to do!

Mohanno is great! I was freaked out because the drive thru atm ate my card but he resolved my issue with ease while being a delight to talk to.
