They are GREAT! I was recently adopted by a stray cat and had no experience and they provided everything I needed to get him started with shots an neutering and info on how to take care of my new buddy. I have been donating for years and am very glad they were there when I needed them!

False advertisement & false prices. I payed $35 for the lepto vaccine for my dog and was told the booster did not cost anything. Last year I was given an online code to bypass paying for another appointment and this year they said I had to pay the appointment fee of $35 and that will be refunded when I came in. I then received an email prior to appointment that I would need to pay another $35 for the vaccine and I would not be refunded. There’s was no communication on that & had 3 different people telling me different things. I like to know ahead what I’m paying for and they not try to help or compensate for the confusion. Unprofessional.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews for anyone but I was very disappointed leaving this “vet” today. The ladies behind the front desk are very nice, welcoming and did they’re best to provide me with everything I needed considering the people who actually “looked” at my kitten did not take ANY time to properly check her out and provide me with accurate information of what was going on with her. She was just found on the street 3 days ago, can’t be any older than 8 weeks, and needed a much more thorough check up than being with the “vet” for 3-5 minutes only. And then the assistant comes out to tell me she cannot be treated for what she came in for because she has a more serious infection. I had no clue what the infection was and the assistant did not care to educate me on it whatsoever… the ladies at the front desk had WAY more to say and offer. I didn’t speak to an actual vet once. Not to mention I witnessed a couple of other cats get denied service because they were too “mean”… talk about not knowing what you’re doing or how to handle animals the way you probably should know how. If you’re looking for cheap and REALLY quick service, I guess this is your place to be but if you’re looking for someone to take the time to actually care for your pet, look into your pet and educate you, I’m sure there are MANY better options out there
Update: they also told me at the vet that she had no more fleas as she had already had 2 flea baths. Nit even 30 minutes after posting this review did I have to give her another flea bath and got about 10-15 of them off. Going there was a COMPLETE waste of my time and money like be forreal y’all

I had an appointment to get my puppy her first shots and all of the women working there were so nice and Rosalie was in and out. Extremely affordable and they care about your pet.

I got my 3 month old male neutered here. And despite my initial worries, the process was smooth. The vet provided me with clear instructions on how to care for my boy. Additionally, the vaccinations they provided for my boy were relatively affordable compared to other places I was looking at. Plus the staff are super nice 10/10

We recently had our dog and cat spayed. They also got vaccines during their appoinments and were well taken care of by the staff. Pricing is very affordable compared to other vet offices in the area. I previously used Planned Pethood's TNR program for a feral cat in the neighborhood who needed to be spayed after having kittens. They also took great care of Oreo and made it possible to help reduce the number of ferals in our community. I will use their services moving forward.
