My daughter and son in-law were recently married at the Payne Corley House. I can’t say enough great things about Hope and her team as well as the venue itself!! Everything from the food to logistics exceeded our expectations!!! I would highly recommend the Payne Corley House for anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Great place Owner Jin is a gem! The manager Michael is not. Very difficult to work with made planing my event a bit difficult. Also he came across as rude, several times to my baby shower comitee. I think he shouldn’t be running things there any longer.

We got married at the Payne Corley House earlier this October. The venue was perfect and our venue Specialist, Hope was so professional. I really enjoyed working with Hope. she was especially the best! She made the day sooo stress free and so easy for us! The venue was so cozy, traditional, beautiful, the food was soo good , and the dimmed lighting was timed perfect as well! Also the venue has a perfect patio around the house so our guests got to enjoy the perfect cool evening weather. After the wedding we simply walked to downtown and the hotel . I highly recommend anyone to have your wedding at this venue. ❤️

My sister just had her wedding here and we could not have asked for a better experience! The wedding coordinator, Hope, was so kind and made sure that we had everything we needed. The venue itself was beautiful as well as the grounds outside. We had plenty of time to get ready and a beautiful space in which to do so. All of the guests felt very accommodated and my sister and her husband had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend The Payne-Corley House!

Inquired for our wedding reception. Was sent a brochure with rental pricing and food cost minimum. Asked for the menus and was sent a pdf with pricing almost double what was on the online brochure. When brought up I was gaslight and told I must be thinking about the magnolia house instead. Refused to even acknowledge the blatant bait & switch on pricing. Told them we weren't interested anymore because of how poorly organized the pricing was and their number being someone else's personal number we did not trust them to handle our reception. She then asked if we wanted to inquire about the magnolia house... again not even wanting to recognize the wrong information given.

We had high tea this weekend at the Magnolia Cottage/Payne-Corley House. It was splendid! Jane had a wonderful room set up for us. The tiers of food were incredible and so was the tea. Jane helped us take all our photos and was a perfect host! Highly, highly recommend working with Jane and planning an event with her at this venue!

Went for a high tea for a friends birthday and it was the most amazing experience. Jane is the most amazing host and made sure everyone felt seen and made sure everyone’s dietary restrictions were accommodated

The cutest little wedding venue! My husband and I got married here two months ago and everything was perfect and just like I imagined!! Hope was able to help us lock in a date pretty quickly and even sent us a list of preferred vendors which made planning SO much easier. Because of her, we were also able to find our photographer, videographer, and DJ. Bryana, our wedding coordinator with Payne-Corley, was absolutely amazing as well!! She was top notch and made sure everything I wanted was there and done correctly. I can't thank Hope and Bryana enough for making my wedding so special!!

EVERYTHING, and I mean everything was spectacular! The venue, food, attention to details, and staff were all top notch. I would highly recommend this for any event you’re having. Our daughter’ wedding was the best.

Payne Corley was a fantastic venue for our October wedding! Hope (Director of sales) made us feel at ease from the beginning and offered a wide array of guidance not only when choosing a venue, but all throughout the process. The Payne Corley team was available throughout the process and made us feel listened to, confident and excited. Another aspect was the price felt reasonable and unlike what we experienced when touring venues in town. Not only that, but I never felt pressured to spend more or upgrade aspects of our wedding unless it was my idea.The food was absolutely delicious and our wedding specialist (Amanda!) was fantastic - so calm and together, she really helped us make a lot of the smaller decisions and ensured the schedule and overall vision of our day went to plan. The florals were great, team was easy to work with and I would whole heartedly recommend Payne Corley for anyones wedding needs!

Attended a wedding at this location. Very nice! The House is very clean and pleasantly done for an old house. They did a great job with the food. Not pleased with the parking. Limited!
