if i could give 0 stars i would.
came here on a recommendation. asked for a style suggestion to help cover balding temples. stylist Jia smirked and sarcastically responded by saying how that couldn't be done with any kind of haircut. okay, rude. fine, i'll settle for whatever you recommend. she then proceeded to spend the entire time pointing out how bad the rest of my hair is getting, assuming that i must not be doing anything about it, and saying that the only way to fix this was with a hair transplant in korea. am i your friend or a client that you're meeting for the first time today? explain to me why i'm getting this unsolicited advice that's beyond offensive and ridiculous to execute?
thank god this unfortunate encounter lasted only 20 minutes. shorter than any other place i've been to. it was so obvious during the entire time that she was putting in zero effort and did such a mediocre job. i asked for suggestions at the end on how to style it, to which she literally rubbed my hair over with her fingers and said how she left it was fine with such a piss poor attitude. maybe if she spent less time talking and more time pretending like she actually cared i would've left two stars. $35 for this kind of experience? i'd rather donate to make sure that the stylist took some courses on basic communication. if you're reading this, shame on you Jia.

Teacher Jia is really the best!!!!!
I really fell in love with the meticulous and detailed cuts!! Just with a cut, you breathed new life into my hopeless hair, just like hair that had been treated!!!! Of course the design!!!

I used to come here with Sara worked as a stylist but she is no longer there. This salon has called me on several occasions to ask if they could change my appointment time. When I call to schedule an appointment, I expect to be seen that day and time. If I wanted a different time slot, that is the time I would've booked it for. After being scarred 3 times, I decided to take my business elsewhere. They are also SUPER busy so the attention to detail is not there. They have the assistants do the dye and perm so I've had instances where the color was off or the perm did not set on certain parts of my hair. For the amount of money you pay for services at this salon, it's not worth it to come here.

The person who cut my hair (not designer Hyun) was a woman who looked a bit older, but the cut was too old.. The hair style I was thinking of was originally a cut with many layers, but I took a picture of a semi-hush cut with less layers. I went... In the picture, the shortest layer is below the jaw line, but this hairdresser cut it short enough to reach my ears... . Just an old shaggy cut? Wolf cut? I guess he thought... My hair was originally long, down to my waist... but he cut it much shorter than I originally said... If he reads this, he'll probably know it's me... I was so upset when I got home and looked in the mirror. And.. (At the beauty salon, I thought it was because of the curling iron, and it would be fine if I trimmed it separately at home, but when I washed my hair, the gradient became more and more angry...) When I tie my hair, the top part is too short and it's not tied, so it's messy... .He must have felt that he cut it wrong, so he spoke for a long time... I was worried that he would have an old style since he said he had a lot of experience, but it was just as I thought. I don't think having a lot of experience is everything.. I didn't feel like giving money, but I even gave him a tip... From next time, I will never go again.. Really.. I heard you have a lot of experience... … .I heard you cut it well... … … .liar… ..
