I am so disappointed in this place. They are selling fake designer items, at a high price. I am glad I had it authenticated before I purchased, but the other customer did not, and was very disappointed they need to have some type of disclaimer on their designer items. GREED!!

I have been shopping here for almost 8 years. As much as I use to love this place, I was a little disappointed when I last visit a week ago to see the pricing has gotten so high for things they literally receive for FREE! It is ridiculous that anything in this store is over $50. Unless it is furniture, nothing should be that high. Also, the bathroom literally made me almost vomit. I walked in and there was a huge dumpster that was filled to the top with tissue, most with POOP all over it!!! Flies flying around everywhere . No toilet paper! Just horrible! When I approached the young lady at the front, who spoke English very well and at the time was doing nothing, to ask if someone cleans it, she told me SHE DID NOT KNOW and that they do it sometimes but that she wasn’t going to right then. Ceilings falling down leaking water on you while you shop!! Buckets of wet clothes on the floor or sometimes just the wet clothes on the floor with no bucket! This place needs a renovation BAD! They make a lot of money at all of their locations to have such poor shopping conditions! Please do better!

The prices have gone up, but you can still find some good deals if you are really looking for them. They have dressing rooms, which is a bonus. But the store itself is in bad condition with the ceiling falling down and leaks all over the place. It’s been this way for months, so it seems they don’t have plans on fixing even though it’s a safety concern.

I love this place. However, they are loosing alot of business because of the heat. People are not staying long to shop. Please take care of your customers since we take care of you.

We found a few dresses for cheaper than Goodwill. That’s the only good thing I have to say. This store smells horrible, is disgusting, and is soooo hot. The employees are also incredibly rude.

Usually park avenue thrift is my favorite thrift store. I visit at least once a week, and find that they have good prices (use a coupon) and a decent selection. It can be dirty, but I expect that. But this summer they have decided to keep the A/C off to save costs. The employees all have fans pointed at them and there is one fan in the front of the store that is supposed to keep the rest of the giant store cool. Needless to say, it is boiling hot in there. There’s also a staff issue. When I was there 2 days ago, they had a line of at least 15 people waiting to check out and 4 people at the counter. Only ONE of those 4 was working. The rest were just watching as we all waited over 30 minutes to check out. In the heat. If they fixed those 2 issues, it would be the best thrift store in Atlanta. But right now, it’s just meh.

Their selection of clothes rivals that of Goodwill, but Park Avenue usually has better prices especially if you take advantage of the various sales. The employees also have offered exceptional service for a store selling used goods.

Do not shop on a Saturday, only one cashier. Took nearly an hour to check out. Definitely not the cashier’s fault!

Used to be a good place to shop, now the prices are just outlandish and the quality of merchandise isnt good. The black guy that works in the back walks around the store bragging that he takes the good stuff. I dont even donate to them anymore.

Lot of great items at a great price. Huge space to shop in and great customer service. Having a changing room makes the difference dont have to worry about bringing any item back ?

If the inside is anything like the parking lot, it's gross. DO NOT SHOP THERE. I mean, have an employee get out there and seep a little or pick up trash and dirty diapers that is EVERYWHERE

Ugh. Very large yet completely disorganized. Shoes not even organized by gender. Small medium and large altogether. Pricey. Every sweater was priced $5.95 or more even if it had stains, tears. And there was a lot of clothing with stains and tears. $25 coat with a target brand name. Don’t waste your time, because going through the place would take a lot of time!

the prices can be insane. Have been visiting this location for a while now and never really buy anything because anything decent is way over priced for a thrift store, mostly everything else is gross or stained or ripped. $40 for a girls jacket???? That you get for free??? $25 for certain jeans???? Inconsistent pricing too. They also staple clothes which sucks because the staples can rip the fabric or leave unsightly holes when removing. Id rather go to goodwill from now on where there is better quality clothes, organized, clean and decent/consistent pricing.
