He took 6k USD from me to help fix my truck, after several months of abandonment I took the truck to another shop and he never paid me back...he wrote me 3 checks... only 1 check was good ...the other 2 checks keep bouncing...I called and called...went to see him severally...He put me out of business literally...He's terrible and should be sanctioned by the relevant authorities.

This guy kept my car for more than 2 weeks and he was supposed to fix my car to pass emissions (catalytic converter $$$). He disabled my check engine light fraudulently, I went to get emissions checked & it failed! I took my car back to him & confronted him about it & he kept my car for another week and got the emissions done himself which my check engine light is still DISABLED & my car is not functioning properly! I know he lied and used another dishonest shop to pass emissions. During this time this guy never communicated, lied, and didn’t fix my vehicle! He is dishonest and a thief! Bogus emissions, bogus shop! Beware he will take all your money and not fix your car!Service: Transmission

Totally unreliable! 4 months later I don't have a car; I wasted my time and money here. He applied glue to the car's engine which worse the damage. Alan Ortega is a liar, dishonest and irresponsible man, he stole our money. Stay away from this place.

Alan Ortega is a major fraud. Totally unreliable and poor communication. 6 months later, I still don’t have a car. He stole our money and our time. If I could give zero stars, I would. Even when you do everything right, you still get burned. Absolutely do not trust this fraud with your car

Completely unreliable. Stay away if you can.I went in to try and get my Nissan Altimaheadlight fixed. Ortega told me to go online and buy my own headlamp replacement to save some money (compared to buying from a local dealer). He took a quick glance at the light and told me to write this down “Halogen lamp”. I immediately ordered one. The part arrived and I went to visit again. They spent 3 hours taking apart my car to try and install the part but it turned out that I needed HID lights instead. That meant I needed to return the part I ordered and then have Ortega order the new lights. He told me he would find the part and then call me to process the payment. No calls for a week.Overall, nice guy and decent office space with comfortable couches and TV for waiting. But absolutely useless and time wasted when it came to trying to solve my problem.

Nice guy reasonable prices and honest. The shop is clean and well nicely ventilated. They repair mostly all vehicles. The sign on the outside of the location hasn't been updated yet and the shop operates out of suite 102 and 103 so don't think you're in the wrong place. There are a lot of other repair shops in this plaza just ask for Mr. Alan.
