He was rude. I am not in home insurance business so I asked few questions to understand options available to me. I said “I am playing game” with him. Would not recommend to new or first time homeowners.

My mom has been with insurance agent for years due to language barrier. Recently , her insurance rate is increased. One reason is her uninsured bodily injury limits was increased from 25000 to 100000. However, we never requested this change . So I contacted this agent, When I waited about 3 hours , he called back . First , he said It's due to system auto-change. (I never heard about insurance company would change policy without notifying customer )But when I confront him with the document we received from all state, he said might because there are so many"click" on his computer when he update our policy. So he might click on the wrong button. At the end, he never apologize and told me not to suspect him. Well, i just wanted to know what happened and why . And at the end. Agent Mr. Pan still don't know what happened. Glad my Mom noticed on the change this time. So after not a happy discussion with Mr. Pan. He changed the things back to as should be. Otherwise , I would give 1* rating
