I wanted to give a shout out to Irlanda Williams one of the agents there. I had an issue where I was quoted an amount of $213 to get my coverage reinstated while corporate wouldn't allow it and wanted over $300 (the 50% rule). Irlanda negotiated hard and played hardball until they backed down and accepted what was originally agreed on. Give that woman a raise!

Irelanda is amazing at her job! Because of her great customer service and going the extra mile made me stay with State Farm! I was ready to switch company’s but she fixed everything!!! Love her and her the great job she is doing!!!!! Thank you for her!!!
