Brenna was such a Pleasure to work with switching our Home and Vehicle Insurance to Allstate!!!She was so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and courteous!!!Such an easy person to work with and she even called me back after I had filled out the application to see if I had any additional questions or needed anything else.I know Allstate is saving me several hundred dollars each year and a well known company to be insured by!!!

Finally, finally...after many calls Breanna Buckner got me to a state of information comfort concerning our policy set to begin later in September. I must say that another agent - Heather, I believe - did help during an earlier phone call where I was able to reach a person at work and not a machine. She cleared up answers about Drivewise, but experience with that has led us to delete it. But, back to Breanna...she was patient because I was not; she was knowledgeable because I was not; she was willing to get me where I needed to go because I was lost and frustrated. She listened to me repeat back to her everything that concerned me, and she even endured by angst about Drivewise when that is out of her control. Thank you, Breanna, for your help.

I just had the best insurance experience, working with Allstate's Breanna Buckins! I called to see if I could get a better rate on my homeowner's insurance. Not only did she save me several thousand dollars on my homeowners, but she also cut the cost of my auto and umbrella premiums in half! Breanna was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to get me a ton of discounts with coverage similar to my previous policies. And as if that wasn't enough, Breanna's professionalism and friendliness made for an absolutely lovely experience!

Relocated from Indiana to Waycross, GA and continued my Allstate policy when I arrived here. It was a pretty painless process and handled in a timely manner, mostly electronically, through the office here in Waycross. Also, I might add, that they have the best rates in the area. Thank you.

I recently switched to All-State after receiving an auto quote that was half the price I was currently paying. Tiffany was kind, patient, and caring!
