I purchased a 990 pro from here. The 990 pro comes with a 5 year warranty from Samsung, yet I had two employees try to sell me a warranty of their own. I don't blame them, its their job.However, one of these employees (the cashier), prefaced his sales pitch by saying that there was a serious concern of the SSD bending from excessive heat. This might be true if my computer were a nuclear reactor, but I cannot find a single instance of an SSD bending from heat online. This is a deceptive, misleading sales technique for an unnecessary and redundant $80 warranty.

This is very bad and non challant company l have ever seen, l purchase a laptop from this location with additional payments of 3 years warranty,And now my computer has faulty l took it there since March 20th and they promised it will be ready btw 2 to 4days,Today is MAY 17TH, they have never given me my lap top back to me and this has caused a lot of back up to my job,I will not recommend this place to no one.

This review would be a 5 star. If it wasn't for the very pushy checkout associate. For all your parts needs go see Aaron, Hao, or Chauncy. They were great. But do not get checked out by Daniel S.He likes to push warranties on you that you don't really need. That checkout experience was enough to make me not want to come back

The best of the best for pc and other electronic needs. I bought my laptop here 2 years ago and it’s still running great. If you want to build your own pc this is the place to go or if you just want a laptop or desktop for basic browsing or work/school purposes this is the best option.
