I went to pay my bill and they charged me $5 extra, in other stores they don't charge me that extra. By the way, it was not reflected on the ballot. Theft, scam. Apart from the super apathetic saleswoman, I don't understand how they are in a place they don't want to be. Finally success.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. In all the Metro's I've ever been in my life, paying in store, this one specifically charged me $5 extra (in cash). I honestly would not recommend. In all the metro PCS stores in the long years that I have with this company, they have never charged me five dollars paying in cash in the store, I absolutely do not recommend this place to any metro PCS customer. Thank you.

I was told by Metro customer service that I needed to contact a corporate store. I have been unable to get any of them to answer their phone. I have been a Metro customer for 15 years. This is ridiculous.

I have been a customer of Metro for over a year, on July I went to a Metro store and purchased a new phone. I was not told that it would be locked for 180 days. My old phone worked on all the towers in my area. Now I can't make or receive calls. I have been on the phone(land line) with them 6 times and they refuse to unlock it. I'am supposed to pay the bill for 180 days with no service then they will give me a credit for the time not used. Outrageous! I doubt that is going to happen. Beware before you consider Metro by TMobile.

love metro. love my phone and especially customer service for helping me on may 6th when I ran out of data. I'm partially disabled and all the accessibility features are very important to me and without some of them I would be lost. Thk you T-Mobile, metro and sprint.
