Be careful with what you buy and pay, the point advisor Natasha sells you explains but at the time of selling she adds goggle maps insurance for your cell phone without your authorization, I changed my boost mobile operator because I wanted to improve, I changed my equipment very kind that I waited more than an hour for activation, they did not give me an invoice and when I look at the payment for service and everything mentioned it was almost 150 dollars, in my opinion is that do not buy from this operator that is not the way to sell by deceiving customers. I offer users services that they neither want nor need

I have just been to this place since I have been shopping here for many years. The girl “Leixi” was very kind to assist me and look for the screen protector that I asked for. The other girl who was there was already upset talking to someone on her phone since that person was due to arrive at 4 in the afternoon. The girl who helped me confirmed with her to see if that protector would work for me and she immediately began to tell her that they always have everything mixed up that she is tired of having to fix it because the clients mess everything up and that when Stephanie comes she will put them in the 2 to fix everything and already sitting on the floor I continued telling her things while the girl continued assisting me. I really felt uncomfortable as did the girl who served me. I needed something else but I didn't even want to ask and I left since they didn't have the protector I needed. Please those who run this place check the staff because really no customer has to be listening to all these things, much less that a manager or whatever this other girl was talking to customers in that way inside the store and Even if there was no one, no worker should be enduring this in a work area. It's really a shame for the girl who helped me, very kind and very happy, to have to feel this way.

Out of all the multiple store locations in the area, this store one to ignore. Very rude worker at this location. Its too many store near by to accept rudeness especially when your inquiring about being a new customer. Bad look Metro PCS, Bad look.

We tried to purchase a new phone at this location but the agent had trouble activating the phone.. There was only 1 person working when several people entered the store. After 30 minutes, she tells us they cannot activate due to some error, come back tomorrow. Bad communication skills, employees under-staffed.

Spoke with Stephanie at store, she was very helpful in explaining savings options and offerings to me, and met Amber too, both are smart and courteous Metro employees.
