The Hispanic guy was very unprofessional. I came in with a phone I brought from the store across the street that's unlocked. He was acting rude like I can give the same attitude Wich I did. On top of it the phone number they gave me keeps getting so many spam calls I'm going to have to change the number. Talking in Spanish saying whatever but that's straight. I started to say if you can't process what I'm saying to you I can gladly go to Buford Metro PCs. Place was way to ghetto and hot like an oven in there. Won't catch me in there ever again.

Months ago I went to this subway, it was an excellent service with the people who were serving there.I went again, there are other people who are serving but what a terrible service, such tremendous arrogance.I will not go to that subway again

OMG, went to this store just to have my phone turned on. Only thing I received was very uncomfortable service from the two ladies there. They spoke in their native language, and they waited on other costumers while I was waiting when they could have just told me, they couldn't turn it on or service people of color. which is interesting as they also are people of color.. Shocking anyways went to the main office on Steve and Reynolds and got exceptional service.. Never again will patronize this store

The owner ? So he said. Wanted me to get the Google pixel no matter what I asked him. He got mad at me when I pointed this out. So I ended getting thar one . He must have not did something right because my son had to go back the next day so they could fix it to make or receive calls. That is how the owner of 12 stores handles business.
