I came here because they said it opens at 8, but when I tried to pay, there was no staff. There was no cashier and no one at the customer center. It's 8:30 now. Why do you open at 8? Respect your customers. What's the point of just opening the door and stocking up? You can't buy anything. Be careful with your business.

While traveling, I went through Churepick and went to Mega Mart on a market day? There is no food court open and only one pork cutlet restaurant is open.. Since it was a cold, rainy day, they sold out the seolleongtang and mulberries. It was my first time eating a pork cutlet with leather tags. The meat was nowhere to be found and the crusty skin was as tough as leather. I was so disappointed and left it as is. I only stopped by the bathroom to go to the Korean market in Atlanta. I will never sing about Korean markets during my travels again.

This is a mart that sells Korean food, has a lot of Korean snacks and ramen, and the prices are good.
They make and sell different kinds of side dishes every day, and they are fresh and tasty.
They also sell rice cakes, kimbap, buns, sashimi, sushi, various types of stews, and side dishes.
In particular, the second floor sells a variety of daily necessities that are hard to find even in Korea, such as Korean blankets, Korean home appliances, jars, and barbecue tables.

Everything is perfectly fine about this grocery store except for one cashier lady. She is older korean lady with short hair, maybe in her 50's or 60's, wearing a leopard vest and she is always so extremely rude for no reason. We are same korean people, but her face and the way she speaks is so rude. If she doesn't want to speak to anyone nicely, she should not work in a service business. I can't believe this type of nice supermarket is hiring people like this.

Terrible experience at the tasting corner. We come to mega mart weekly for our grocery shopping.
Today we went over to get some samples at the tasting corner(fried tofu) and the lady that was serving, recognized my child(5 years old) and refused to give her a small sample of the product they were promoting saying "it's the same taste, you have already tasted it"
I was shocked. I was not trying to get my child to get a meal from here, just a small sample to eat and entertain, and she refused to give a tiny sample.
Mega mart supervisor, please train the employees to be more courteous at the customers.
Once again, so beffudled at the way she treated us.

Do not buy the buns if you've enjoyed them in the past!! They have changed the recipe. It is flavorless, a different recipe, smaller, less filling, and more expensive.
Whenever we needed to go to the Korean market, Hmart was on the way and prices were very comparable to Megamart but we went the further distance just because they had the most delicious, fresh buns which we've been buying for three years.
Bought 2 non spicy and 6 spicy today since my family enjoys them so much. To our disappointment they taste nothing like the ones in the past. Feels like I wasted $24.00 expecting them to be like the ones in the past.
Non spicy tasted like absolutely nothing. It lacked the flavor or seasonings.
Spicy used to be generously filled with a spicy meat, veggie mixture that had the perfect heat with a savory flavor. These new ones, supposedly kimchi and meat, tasted like bland kimchi, pureed tofu, and no meat.
Food costs go up, I understand the increases in prices but why change the recipe, skimp on the filling and size too?
Sorry Mega Mart, it's now not worth the drive to shop there. I will be sticking to Hmart.
Btw, those looking for kimchi. Hmart's house kimchi brand "Harvest Kimchi" tastes far better than Megamart's brand. Megamart's is spicier with no flavor. I've thrown out a whole container because it was just tasteless and hot.

They lock the doors well before the 8pm closing time. If you close at 7:45pm then update your store hours.

Big Korean grocery store with various goods. They operated only few cashiers even on weekends. It was crowded and inconvenient.

Very Poor Management!
Some Morning People Waiting 5~10Min. When So Many Elders Came In the Mega Mart, 5~6 Buses Dropping 30~40 Elders to Shopping.
They Only Opened 1~2 Register. All Other People Waiting in Line! I Do Not Recommend This Mega Mart to Anyone to Shop Early In the Morning Like 9am~10am! It Really Doesn't Make No Sense!
If you go to Mega Mart early in the morning to buy a packed lunch, you will take all the stress of the day away and go to work. Elderly people who got off 5-6 buses
On this day, there were many people who brought all the quarters and pennies from home and counted them one by one in the cash register.
Just buy a packed lunch and just do your own thing without paying attention to the people waiting behind you. I could have opened a few more lines just for the time, but the manager doesn't care either.
If it’s uncomfortable, you shouldn’t go, right?? Correction is urgently needed.
