OLD lady at the front is rude and they have no consideration of peoples time, Yet they want to have an attitude when you’re 10minutes late. I do not recommend!! I really wish they would get it together because Katy has been awesome since my kiddos were born. But I’ll be looking for another pediatrician where they will be more professional.

I have been coming here for the pass 1.5years and the staff has became terrible. They have no courtesy to answer the call or even to call back. The doctor is nice but the front desk people are horrible. Halft the time the phones doesn’t work, half the time they don’t amswer. Annoying and Irritating!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Medlock Pediatrics. The staff, facility and particularly Dr. Benson are amazing. Dr. Benson makes me feel at ease and my kids are in great hands. Every referal process has been easy. My kids are happy and healthy thanks to Medlock Pediatrics.

I have been with Dr. Battle for 21 years. Ever since my oldest daughter was born. I’ll leave them when my son becomes an adult and she can’t see him any longer.

The doctors here are amazing and the facility is nice and clean. The problem with this place is the last 4 times I left a message for anyone, no one calls me back. I had a child sick and left a message for a nurse to call me on a Thursday. No one called me until Monday. They used to be extremely good at returning calls immediately. Now your lucky if you get a call back. All 4 times I called was to speak to a nurse about my sick kids symptoms, but no one ever called me back and I ended up going somewhere else. This is not patient care.

Dr. Batlle, it’s an outstanding profesional and a compassionate human being, she have made sure that my daughter is always given the best care available.Her professional care, personal touch and willingness to spend time with her patients is a welcome trait for those she is treating.The support staff at Medlock Pediatrics are very professional and pleasant, specially Ingrid.The facility is well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency.My daughter feels most fortunate to call Dr. Batlle her pediatrician for over 15 years.I would highly recommend Dr. Batlle, and all the pediatrician and health professionals at Medlock Pediatrics, they are unique and the best in town.Thank you!

I took my newborn on December 2022, after that they closed, now reopened and they charged me $180 even when my insurance covered the visit. I've been calling since then and until today (4 months after), they just don't want to return my money. So unprofessional.

Mila and I LOVEEEE our Nurse Practitioner Katie, she is always so welcoming and down to earth !! She actually takes the time to listen to all our concerns, sucks we only get to see her on sick visits or wellness check ups. She always knows just what to do !!!!

This was my kids very first visit and their brother took themTo this practice and they had the best experience everMy oldest daughter who is 15 is so pickyBut she loved the nurse practitioner khelseaShe said she listen to her she was patientAnd answered all her questions made her feel like an adult and not a childThe nurse she said was so sweet and had patience’sMy 3 year old received an injection and the nurse took her time and didn’t jab it in the girls said these were kind people who took there time I couldn’t be any happier with the treatment and care they received this dayThe front desk youngLady my son said was amazing checked them in in a timely mAnner with the little information he had they made it workSince I wasn’t there I Am taking my kids word And from the looks of it all three kids were pleasedThey were even given books instead of candy I mean come on how cool is thatThank you to all the staff for making their experience great on 07/13/2022

Dr. Benson is absolutely wonderful along with ALL the staff. My daughter has been going there since birth and now she's 5 years old. They have hand sanitizer is each room, in the lobby and reception area. I'm a proud to have my daughter be a patient here. Their 1st priority is for the patients and they will address any concerns you may have. Love this place. I travel from Winder after buying a house there and take the drive to come to Medlock Pediatrics.

Sometime wait can be long. Dr. Benson and PAs are great though. Too bad they no longer have Saturday appointments.:(
