Honestly the lady at the desk just needs to find a new job, she stays sounding miserable. On the phone & in person. Doctors are great & they usually have great availability.

I love love love Medlock Pediatrics. I have 5 kids and I have been coming here for about 3 years now. The staff from the front office to the nurses are always amazing, helpful and friendly. Dr. Benson is absolutely amazing. She remembers details about my family when we talk during our appointmens. She is always on top of it. I came for an appointment when one of my twins were sick, she called the ambulance and we made it there just in time since my son was diagnosed with pneumonia. With her quick wit, care and attention to details, she has always had my sons best interests at heart. I truly do love and I'm grateful to be apart of the Medlock Pediatric family. Thank you all so much ❤️

OLD lady at the front is rude and they have no consideration of peoples time, Yet they want to have an attitude when you’re 10minutes late. I do not recommend!! I really wish they would get it together because Katy has been awesome since my kiddos were born. But I’ll be looking for another pediatrician where they will be more professional.

I have been coming here for the pass 1.5years and the staff has became terrible. They have no courtesy to answer the call or even to call back. The doctor is nice but the front desk people are horrible. Halft the time the phones doesn’t work, half the time they don’t amswer. Annoying and Irritating!!!

They say that he who covers a lot does little, they were my eldest daughter's primary care doctors for 8 years and they were excellent, now she is an adult, but with my daughter under 7 years old they are never available, when she is sick we always have to go to urgent care because they never have space, their annual checkup was delayed 2 months because they did not have space and because the doctor was not available on that date, so we scheduled an appointment where the doctor was, we attended the consultation and it turns out that the doctor It's not available anyway and someone else is going to serve us.

I cannot say enough good things about Medlock Pediatrics. The staff, facility and particularly Dr. Benson are amazing. Dr. Benson makes me feel at ease and my kids are in great hands. Every referal process has been easy. My kids are happy and healthy thanks to Medlock Pediatrics.

I have been with Dr. Battle for 21 years. Ever since my oldest daughter was born. I’ll leave them when my son becomes an adult and she can’t see him any longer.

The doctors here are amazing and the facility is nice and clean. The problem with this place is the last 4 times I left a message for anyone, no one calls me back. I had a child sick and left a message for a nurse to call me on a Thursday. No one called me until Monday. They used to be extremely good at returning calls immediately. Now your lucky if you get a call back. All 4 times I called was to speak to a nurse about my sick kids symptoms, but no one ever called me back and I ended up going somewhere else. This is not patient care.

I took my newborn on December 2022, after that they closed, now reopened and they charged me $180 even when my insurance covered the visit. I've been calling since then and until today (4 months after), they just don't want to return my money. So unprofessional.

Dr Benson is both of my babies pediatrician and my 11 yr old daughter. She is knowledgeable and has always been attentive to my concerns!
