This park has nice trails. Plenty of shade from trees, is clean, has plenty benches, green spaces and picnic tables. The farm itself made a great background.

Sweet park, well manicured and lots of wildlife and trails.
McDaniel Farm Park preserves the history of a former cotton farm largely unchanged since its drawing in the 1820 land lottery. Once a thriving farm in the early 1900s, it later housed sharecroppers and endured hardships like the Great Depression and the boll weevil infestation. The park is restored to depict a typical 1930s farm in Gwinnett County and features a furnished farmhouse, barn, blacksmith shed, carriage house, tenant house, and offers tours. Additional amenities include a pavilion, three miles of paved and non-paved trails, a grill, and restrooms. The park entrance area offers a farm-themed playground, dog park area, rustic pavilion, and trails connecting to the historic side of the park.
