I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a sales associate. He very quickly showed me exactly what I wanted, set up delivery, took my payment, and away I went. The whole process took less than 15 or 20 minutes. No arguments, no trying to upsell me, no false flattery. That’s the way to make a happy customer.
