My family and I went to Macys in Gwinnett Georgia. We met Barabra in the fine jewelry section, and she assisted us with purchasing three beautiful rings. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We are really fortunate to have met her because when we originally went to Macy's located at the Mall of Georgia (July 2023), we encountered racism and discrimination in their fine jewelry department. Jewelry pricing should not be based on ethnicity, race, or gender! Thank you, Barbara, for providing exceptional service!

Well, well the once great and mighty Gwinnett place mall has been reduced to this, most would figue if you've seen one Macy's you've seen them all. Not so much anymore, this is a dead, dead mall. While you can find a few items here and there. Don't come here if you are looking for something specific. The staff who were there are okay, and I can't say that my experience was as bad as Anna P. If you have the time travel elsewhere to get your Macy's fix on.

I was at this location on 6/18/22. Checkout lines on the main floor were long so I decided to checkout through the upstairs backstage area. The cashiers got annoyed at me first because the barcode on one of the items was a little hard to scan and asked me if I really needed to purchase that item. I had a macys gift card that I wanted to get rid off so I let her know that i was going to split my payment with two cards and I wanted a specific amount on each card. She told me she can't do that and told me just to pay with my macys card after explaining she just told me the only way for me to checkout was to pay it all on one specific card or the macys card just because she was too lazy to make it as a split payment. Ridiculous! I shouldn't have to decide how I pay for my stuff depending on what their mood is!

My buddies and I were exploring this mall looking for stranger things and this Maceys was located inside it. We walked around and looked at the displays and clothes and shoes. Nothing to great and it was pretty run down. this entire place needs to be revamped

Macy's located in Georgia attached to and located next to the Gwinnett mall which is now more famously known as the star court mall from the stranger things show. Me and my buddies were admittedly in the area to see the star court mall and when the front doors were locked we decided to go next door to Macy's to see if we can get a better glimpse. Which was successful. While the doors were locked you did get a great view both upstairs and downstairs of the mall Outside of that it was a traditional Macy's that was rather large. Some nice clothing and hit and miss prices. Store was very clean and the workers had a solid presence. Place wasn't very crowded at all. Overall was a solid trip.

Face masks, and social distancing is a must. Macy's is my favorite place to shop, so I came here to pick up some items for myself and my family. I purchased some really cute Michael Kors sandals, I bought my son 2 Polo outfits and my husband didn't see anything, so he didn't get anything. The store had a great sale, so a lot of items was not in place. I wear a 7-1/2 in shoes, so I was able to purchase the sandals I wanted. They are bringing in lots of spring wear, so I purchased my son a polo shirt and shorts and also a hoodie and sweat pants. I walked the entire store, upstairs and downstairs. My only complaint is, if you're purchasing items and nobody is there to cash you out, if you go to another department, they don't like ringing you up. I witnessed the employees turning 2 customers away. That's NOT customer service. I definitely won't be returning, because this isn't the Macy's I shop at. But, you will find many items here. I'm glad I did visit. :-)
