The paint finish is a mess... The parts I mentioned before the repair were not repaired, and after painting, there were dozens of paint dust and scratches. I had it repaired twice, but they said that most of it was the same and that dust in the paint was unavoidable. I've painted it a few times, but this is the first time I've done something like this... There are so many that I can't even post them all in the photo. It would be better not to entrust a luxury car to me,,!!

New Master was very friendly, and helped me to replace my license plate brackets quickly, and efficiently saving me the hassle of driving without a plate on my bumper. Will use them again in the future for anything else that might pop up.Service: Body & Trim

Although we had been give a date; when Esther took over the call, she emphatically said that the date Hector had given me was unavailable. when I asked to speak to Hector; she became furious and would not let me get a word in edgewise. Very rude service for Esther, when Hector had been so nice, at once point shouting, "Your not listening to me". Since she would not answer my questions, I scheduled my my repairs at another shop.

Stopped in today for an estimate on a small dent on my rear bumper. I didn't get an estimate, but I did get my dent fixed in the parking lot free of charge. Highly recommend.

Went in to get my front bumper replaced. They gave me a quote within 15 minutes where other places gave me a quote days later. Once I signed up for them to fix my car up, they estimated 3 business days to get my car back. To my surprise, they ended up having it fixed and ready for pick up the next day! They did a fantastic job changing the front bumper. My car looks good as new and you can't tell at all my car had body work done. Would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone in need of body work on their car. They are honest, fairly priced, and do a good job!

From the first visit when my wife and I dropped off our vehicle, Esther at the front desk was awesome. she made us feel like we were in great hands, and we were. our car looked like a new car it was unbelievable. and the estimated time to fix it was shorter than expected and we saved some money.
