We bought Lexor Elite spa chairs almost 10 years ago, and they’re still working well and in great condition. We recently bought 8 more to expand our salon. Will completely recommend to anyone.

We love this place and so do our small kids. It's a great addition to the hot pot concept. Best of all they aren't trying to make everyone's lives miserable with the mask policy.

I came here today. Before I came, I did ask them if the price was changed. They said the price is still the same. When I came in, the price tag was still the same, $1.5 for white dishes, $2.5 for blue dishes, etc. But later on, when I received the check, I realized that they charged an extra $0.5 for each dish. It's just unacceptable.

This place SUCKED.We came on a weekday afternoon and did not have a pleasant experience. The service was not pleasant and the servers were extremely stand off-ish and rude. We were given 0 explanation on how the menu works or how to order. Ramen was extremely sweet and tasted like lime? We got 3 different broth flavors and we all had the same sweet/lime taste coming from the pots. Food looked old, like it was sitting out for a long time. Total was $87 for 3 people without tip.. We left hungry, unhappy, and were basically shooed away from the employees. Will not be returning. Nine Spices Hot Pot is 100% times better just waiting for them to open back up.

This is my FAVORITE PLACE in the whole world! Not only is the output delicious, but the face that there's a food train where you pick anything you want makes this place amazing! There's so many options, and it's really easy to follow how much you're spending since each color plate costs a certain amount! There is an outstanding variety like many types of seafood and at least 6 different kinds of noodles! The service is super fast and very nice!! I love this place and it gets 5 out of 5 stars hands down!

I've been hesitant to try I Luv Hot Pot ever since Daniel B posted at his cockroach experience here. Plus not a huge fan of the "I Luv" chains. Not only do they have awful customer service but they also don't have the most tastiest food either. The main reason I decided to come to I Luv Hot Pot cause my SIL and mom came recently and liked it. I think they liked the conveyor belt but I had that experience already elsewhere (Nine Spices). The place is huge. I was impressed with the size. Not so friendly service. I seriously thought this place was AYCE like Nine Spices but it's not.Whenever I go eat hot pot, I always get chicken slices. That did NOT happen here. They kept telling me they are still working on it. After we're almost finished, I asked again where the chicken is. They said they are still "cooking" it. Like really? Isn't all the meat supposed to be raw and you cook it yourself? I asked them if they were plucking the chicken.I was pissed and just didn't care anymore. Not only is their customer service sucky but the food ain't all that either. The broth was bland.I will never, ever, ever come back.12/2020

I wanted to like it but let's start first that our servers were so not helpful. If it's your first time here I think you should be told a few things like there's a sauce making station where you get herbs spices and dipping stuff. You would never know unless you so happened to be seated over there which we weren't so I didn't know til later. Even after telling our server we have never been here before My bad I guess I should figure it out myself. The food wasn't memorable maybe bc I was trying to figure out how to get the burners on and off.

The first time I ever had hot pot was at I Luv Hot Pot! My friend recommended me get the Thai soup as the base & that's what i've been getting ever since! My favorite part about this place is the conveyer belt of food! I really like that I get to pick every single item that goes into my soup. At most hot pot places they have set menus where you can't really customize what you want, which is why I like I Luv Hot Pot so much. They have a conveyer belt that goes around the whole restaurant. There's lots of variety of things such as veggies, red meat, seafood, fish/meat balls, corn, noodles, ramen, etc. They also have a really nice sauce bar. There's extra condiments/toppings there like onion, limes, & chilies.

Visited during lunch. It was my first time here.I was excited to experience the conveyor belt concept, unfortunately -- they do not have that during lunch hours.Interior: super spacious. There were lots of tables. We were 1 of 3 tables. Because the space was so big and empty, it felt real awkward and eery. There wasn't any music playing so it was quiet.Halfway through they started to play some instrumental music.Service: there was one guy taking orders and waiting tables. Service was very poor. From greeting, explaining how to order, and bringing our food.We had ordered udon noodles. But when he brought us the boat- there was some other kind of noodles and when we asked. He said they were out of udon noodles. We thought that was weird that he wouldn't ask us for an alternative since they were out and instead just gave us some random noodles that we didn't want. We asked for ramen noodles instead, which he ended up forgetting to bring us until we reminded him later.Food: (for lunch) they gave us a pen and paper. You can check off your soup, veggies, noodles, & meat.We tried Thai soup. It was a mild flavor similar to that of Tom yum soup. It wasn't bad.We ordered 3 EXTRA orders of the beef tenderloin but it looked like it was barely an order for 2.Overall, I wasn't too impressed with anything. You make your own sauce but they didn't have any peanut sauce, which is a main ingredient I put in mine.

Soooo unless you basically want a DIY pho, don't get the beef broth :/ Keep in mind this is a viet hot pot tho..Price was okay. the tables did not look clean. The place had 1 or 2 other tables when we went...no music, and dirty tables around us that needed to be bussed the entire time we were there. The server was watching videos on his phone 1 table over most of the time. And it's one long belt going through the entire restaurant so it takes way too long to get what we want. We started getting up and looking for everything since the place was pretty empty. Wish there was a way people could order what they want to the table too. Maybe this place is faster and filled up on different days, but out experience was pretty mediocre. Good concept, but needs adjustments! We left still hungry and ended up grabbing more food elsewhere

Service sucks. If you come here, be prepare to serve yourself and wait a while to be served.Very unprofessional in term of training your employee. Be ready to be served with a side of attitude. Not the cleanest restaurant in town. That and the horrific service will be the main reason why I won't return. The broth was actually half decent and flavorful compared to other hot pot places. The ingredient are put on the conveyor belt who knows for how long, so I opt out of the seafood items to avoid being food poisoned and only stick to beef (safest). I didn't have a choice in coming here as we came as a family. 2 stars for a half decent broth and lots of options for the broth.

This is a great concept and the meals are quite fun to prepare for people of all ages that can. My friend's 5 yr old son was able to make his meal with ease. It was a bit tricky figuring out what was on some plates and even asking got you nowhere but everything tasted great. Some items like scallops didn't come out until I made my soup but I neglected to ask if they had any. The plates don't cost too much and they can be shared so trial and error was fun. I had a tamale that I hoped was corn flavor and turned out to be pepper shrimp with the shell still on. I like shrimp but I dislike the shell. My friends on the other hand enjoy it so had the other 2. It really is hands-on and gets the family talking.

Spent saturday night with the family at a table of 4 including kids. We were immediately seated and asked what we wanted. This was the first time we came here or had hot pot EVER!! and they already expected us to know how everything actually worked. We had to request an explanation especially when it came to heating the pot. We had options of different broths($3 each) and to choose the plates on the conveyer belt was self explanatory. Each of us had our own hot pot which was very convenient. We also ordered Thai iced tea which came in big cup($4). The food didn't take long to cook in the broth and you can also control the temp. ****One plate chosen on the conveyor belt is enough to share with two people. They put more than enough vegetables on the plate to share*****.They have many options for meat lovers as well as vegetarians. For the experience and the amount of food, the prices are reasonable and the hosts are ready to assist if need be. Also, you can take what ever is left over to go, which is a bonus. We really enjoyed our time and can't wait to visit again soon
