I would like to thank Mrs. Juanita for doing such a wonderful job in processing my move into my new apartment. she was very professional and very caring. She is an awesome worker that deserves a raise. I would also like to thank everyone of the leasing team as well as I consider them family. I would also like to give a shout out to all the maintenance people that are in their job. This place has been my home now for three years and I must say it’s getting better and better every day. Thank you again for all the hard work and all the dedication that you do.

DO NOT MOVE HERE ! they will trap you in a roach infested apartment with no hesitation. Everything looks fine until you move in and that’s when the roaches start making their presence known . They make you sign the lease and get everything turned on before you even see the apartment or have a walk through at the unit you’re going to be in and the neighborhood is very trashy . We applied for one apartment but they ended up putting us in an apartment we didn’t even ask for with no washer and dryer hookup . I have over 50 photos to prove this place is trash . They send out pest control and he barely sprays ..he kind of just sprays the walls really quickly and leave it alone . I can’t cook in my kitchen because there is this TERRIBLE smell that the roaches give off (urine& other fluids they use to communicate with each other) no matter how much we scrub the smell stays . It’s like an oily musty peepee smell with a mix of old wood . The smell is also in the bathroom . They refuse to move us to another unit & The Property manager openly admitted to the fact that she should have swept the apartment after they poorly treated it , simply because the roaches they DID manage to kill can still hatch and have babies (which We’ve seen SOOO MANY BABIES AS WELL) I would give this place zero starts but we have to choose so yea . If you don’t mind a roach infested apartment , by all means , MOVE HERE ! This is the place for you . If NOT , please run as far away from this place as you can . You’ll be very disappointed. Don’t mind the 5 star ratings they tell people to do that to help make them look better . Do NOT let the entrance fool you OR the pictures they have on the website . Oh and the best looking pool has been closed all summer . Kyle said it was going to just be 3 days we would have to wait to use it but , it’s BEEN closed . Other residents have left reviews about the pool not being open all summer . We wake up everyday to this terrible smell throughout the whole apartment and when we walk out the door the roaches just scatter . Please I’m begging you don’t move here . I cry everyday when I come home because I’m miserable here

We had an appointment to view the property and potentially looking to lease the apartment on July 27 at 5 pm. We live an hour away and made sure our appointment was confirmed today. We were told to sit down and give them a few minutes. We waited 20 minutes and no one asked us what we needed. This is a huge red flag. I’ve made this appointment 3 weeks ago. I literally fell asleep on their couch. Very disappointed because we really wanted to live here, but if this is how management is then no thanks.

We’ve been living here for a year and it’s the worst experience we’ve ever had. When we moved in there were roaches and no electricity. There’s always something going on here that they never fix. Our ac went out and we were without for a week before it they sent someone out despite putting in tickets and calling daily. Now our lease it almost up and we can’t wait to be out of here. The front pool has been closed all summer despite it being newly renovated so everyone has to use the back pool which is always so disgusting. Laundry is supposed to be included in the overpriced rent we pay but it’s been locked the past 2 weeks so we have to go somewhere else to wash clothes. Moving here was the biggest mistake we ever made, don’t make the same one. Do not move here.

Do not move here . You will not get any of your concerns solved. The staff is very incompetent and lazy. The only thing they do is check if you pay rent. There 2.8 is for a reason. They deserve a 1. The apartments are infested to and and trash everywhere. Don’t move here.

I am very grateful for the work of Juanita, Kyle, Jeremiah, Stacy and Jessica, they have been very helpful to me in finding an apartment that meets my needs, where my daughters and I are comfortable. They have been very kind and very attentive. They really are a very efficient team, they are great!

This is my first time moving to the area and as soon as my mother and I walked into the leasing office Nicole welcomed us with a warm welcome and was very helpful during my entire rental process. She was very sweet, patient and kind. Her energy made me feel safe. I cannot wait to live here. Thank you again Nicole. I was very nervous looking for an apartment and you made this process very easy.

Pretty bad. Trash everywhere but charge $60/month for trash removal. Apartment was robbed by someone with a key, leasing office can’t be bothered. Laundry room has 10 washers but 8 don’t work. Roaches. Flies. Leasing office has no one who can answer the phone. Work requests go undone. “Fitness center” is only open during leasing office hours so if you have a day job go get a gym membership. Far far far far from luxury.

It’s a beautiful complex but just like most apartments in Georgia they don’t really put a lot of work in to the apartments. The staff is lovely!! Juanita was awesome and polite! She made sure to help me with everything . She was organized with impeccable communication. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful.

If you can stay away from this place please do so. They will charge $1,600 for apartments that are infested with roaches, they will dismiss your concerns and not give much importance to it. The reviews on google that have “owner response” let’s be real we all know they obviously don’t care because they have yet to do anything about tenants concerns. They will continue to charge fees after fees and not explain why they are doing it and renovate the outside of the apartments to show out instead of giving priority to the ones already living here and addressing their concerns. If this apartment complex was bad when it was named “bellavista” it’s much worse now. Dear owner if you’re going to respond to this message saying you’re “sooo worried” about my concerns then make it easy to communicate with you and actually start addressing my concerns, thanks!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Leasing crew is HORRIBLE with communication. This place is a fraud! I waited 2 months for my unit. Prior to they showed me a model unit which was NOTHING like the unit they tried to put me in. The unit I waited 2 months for was is ROACH INFESTED!!!! The same day I received my keys I decided to bomb the place and sprayed bug spray everywhere and ROACHES came out of every wall in every room !! there’s trash all over the neighborhood. I never moved in the unit and I’m still fighting to get my rent money and deposit back !! Stacy isn’t trying to talk to me and is holding my money for a unit I never moved into. I will be reaching out to the board of health. No one should have to live with roaches and have the nerve to be charging 1500+ for rent! If you have children I highly suggest you look elsewhere and if you absolutely refuse to live with roaches I highly suggest you search in a different area! I was trying to not do this review but since they are acting like it’s hard to refund me this was very necessary. DO NOT MOVE HERE

This apartment complex is severely over priced for what they are able to offer. Trash compactor is constantly over flowing, and units are much older than they appear. Renovations have been done to the leasing office and certain units. However, the unit I into was roach INFESTED. The property managers have essentially put the responsibility of dealing with this on me even though this problem existed before I lived here. There are a long list of small issues that I could list, but it really comes down to the fact that they are just not equipped as a staff to deal with the problems of a neighborhood this size. Staff is friendly, and neighborhood amenities are very nice. When it comes down to it, there are much better options near by at a similar price point.
