I would like to give a special thanks to KeKe and miss Patty or her name might’ve been Betty. I can’t remember but what I can remember is my experience. My experience was phenomenal and couldn’t have been better. They had wonderful attitudes and I know what you’re thinking, they supposed to have a great attitude and that’s correct but when you walk into an establishment 10 mins before closing, you usually don’t get the best attitudes but they let me in with open arms. They smelled like roses and the crazy thing about it is that, my appointment was last month so take a moment to think about that. They’re still on my mind. That’s the type of impression they left on me. They made me feel very comfortable. I will highly recommend every to pick this location, only if they’re there. I hope the right person sees this, they’re hard work should never go unnoticed. Ladies, please continue to make lives better. You guys are awesome!

If I could give zero stars I would. This lab and it's partner lab are run by the same person. They frequently do not have the proper tubes to do certain tests. Also it takes FOREVER for the results to show up online.

I went to Labcorp Duluth just this past Saturday and had to have around 6 blood draws 30 mins apart. I have never been to a labcorp before as my doc usually takes my bloods in office. I also don’t know anyone who works at labcorp.
I was there at 8am and everything went smoothly all morning. Check in was quick and the ladies working there were professional and competent while also being very sweet and personable. I had blood drawn by three ladies but only got two of their names, Kentrice and Jackie. Everyone working there were amazing. The waiting room filled up extremely quickly. Drop ins are welcome so be prepared to wait because of the sheer volume of people visiting. Naturally Saturdays are going to be busy and you’ll likely have to wait longer. Don’t expect to rock up 30 minutes before closing and get your work done there and then. The nurses were all working extremely hard from what I could see. They were efficient with patient turnover but they were all very happy, kind and patient with everyone. I will definitely return to this location.

Reception was so rude all i needed was urine test for UTI my dr ordered. Has to wait for over 30 min to give a urine sample never go there again

Untimely. After online checkin, and in-store checkin you'll still have to wait 20min. They don't call you either, I had to ask them after waiting 20min.

I was afraid of coming here because of the bad reviews but I had great experience I didn't have appointment and took me 40 minutes to have the test done, also people working there is not as bad as mentioned in the comments, they do their job

This review is not for the people who work there but whoever is in charge of staffing. Absolutely ridiculous for you to expect two ladies to run the entire lab by themselves! Hire a separate person for the front desk, a tech to run the tests, a manager to oversee, and a person focusing on processing!! Not fair to the patients or to the two ladies who probably don’t get a lunch break!! I literally don’t see how yall think this is okay!!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!!! Shoutout to the ladies who show up to work each day because I would’ve QUIT since the company doesn’t want to have more help for this location!!!

My son dad took him there today for a bloodwork that i desperately need for his psychiatrist to start him on a medication. He got there i would say a little before 4:30. He was told the lab ordered had included EKG in it, so he would need to take him to CHOA to get it done because they dont do EKG there. EKG was not necessarily need it! So he was told to get a new form without EKG written on there if he want to get it done here.
I called the doctor office and the nurse rushed to do a new order for me , while my son dad was waiting, whoever it was kept telling him the order still has EKG on there. So literally whoever that is kept looking at the old one! Because the new order. I havent even forwarded yet! I was so confused i have to make phone calls back to the nurse she was also confused like she havent send anything yet because she’s about to scan it in! So why is the person kept saying it has EKG order on there?! That’s basically telling me you making all these excuses to push the patient away!
My son dad went back in after i sent the new order and they received it! And the person told him it cant be done because they are ABOUT to close, it would take 30 MINUTES to get the bloodwork done.
If they had mention that beforehand then we wouldnt have wasted all that time! And all that phone calls i kept bugging my doctor about for the form that was asked!
But i knew and sensed that because my son was special needs and he was having some behavioral situations they going to try and get rid of him.
No wonder this location got 2 stars rating. I would give 0 if i can! And i rarely give reviews! Management need to have their employees check!

The employees are incredibly rude and don't care about the patients. The employees demanded that they don't accept any work well before their hours were over just because there were lazy and complaining they didn't want to work. We had an appointment for 430 and they said they didn't care and that we would have to come another time even though their hours are until 5! But it took someone over 20 minutes to even come to the front desk! Unbelievable!

I think that the person who works there does not have a bit of professional ethics, my experience was horrible since I went with my little 4-year-old daughter and she told me that my daughter could not enter, thanks to a very humane and big-hearted lady who He offered to watch my daughter while they wrote my text for my work. Once inside he was talking to someone through his headphones and he treated me with a very bad character. I really wanted to say many things to him but I breathed and calmed down. I never visit this site again.
