I was just racially profiled by an old white woken at self checkout wearing a Covid shield. The machine didn’t scan my item and she made me feel like I was a dirty brown Mexican stealing from her tiny white self. This is Duluth be so serious this is a damn mixing pot of races. Better yourself women. This is why I go to Walmart. Can’t ever make it through Walmart without bumping into a thousand employees restocking but it’s better than this raciest stuff. Bye Kroger
ANOTHER THING I said lemon instead of lime cause in Spanish we say lemon regardless of color and rudely said “YOU MEAN LIME?!” With a hard harsh tone.

I Will Not Shop at the Kroger Again If They Have Two Different Price ! Kroger Really Ripped People Off That Way If You Don't Check Your Receipt !

I bought packaged fish that was still good date wise. When i got home the fish had a rancid and had a slimy coating. But mind you it still looked fresh. Idk what's the deal with these kinda stores selling fish they know is bad. Never again buying raw fish here again.

This is my go to Kroger since 2016. Self check out is my go to because I only shop for a household of 2. This morning I watched this elderly Indian lady yell at 2 Hispanic teen boys at the self check out. Accused them of stealing after rambling in their bag. She was very loud and her intentions were to embarrass them. It worked!!! Those boys were on there way out after she yelled and accused them of stealing. She then yelled for a manager and chased those boys out the store. Treated them like dogs. Where was security to actually check the cameras? Everyone was watching and it was extremely unprofessional and ghetto. When did grocery store clerks do loss prevention? Mind you my 1st encounter with her was 3-4 weeks ago when she approached me looking in my bag and left looking dumb when she was wrong. Today I realized this is a habit of hers. I advise Kroger hire actual security to do their job accurately or reassign her before they catch a lawsuit.
