I'm not certain if these prescribers are new, but I can't imagine having a negative experience with them. Today, I visited four pharmacies before arriving here, and the staff here appear to be both courteous and highly knowledgeable. I hope my 5-star rating will bring them some happiness after their work today.

Got a (painful and very obvious) eye infection. Tried to have my Rx filled for topical ointment. The pharmacy tech didn’t like the Rx my doctor wrote and told me my prescription was “illegal”. The pharmacy manager doubled down.
Nothing like being treated like a petty criminal for trying to fill an antibiotics Rx. Yep. I’m trying to catch a buzz from an erythromycin cream. You caught me.
Do better.

Confusing on when shots are offered. I came in 30 mins before closing and was faced with an attitude saying shots are only given certain hours of the day. How would people know that? They don’t give shots an hour before opening, during their lunch time, or an hour before closing, but then again the hours are different day so who knows

Kroger Pharmacy and its technicians(located at 3093 Steve Reynolds Boulevard, Duluth Georgia 30096), are the most incompetent, lazy, rude, condescending and very disrespectful bunch of termites who don’t know their head from their toes and are totally clueless. I am happy that I finally made the switch and left Kroger Pharmacy and went elsewhere (I should have left when I sued Kroger and won). Do yourself a HUGE favor and go elsewhere because your health/life literally depends on it. If anyone else has any issues with Kroger Pharmacy/Kroger, don’t argue with them; just sue and file multiple complaints with the appropriate agencies as I and MANY other customers have done. All of the negative reviews left by many other customers about them, are all true. Hope everyone has a wonderful and joyous Thanksgiving :-)

I regularly use this Drive-Thru location. The staff is accommodating, and friendly. The immediate service allowed me to begin a new healing journey with ease.

These people lack communication skills, have no respect for people's time, maybe don't know what they are doing. Took over one hour to grab the box of meds from display shelf where everyone can see, after they had the prescription. There were only 4 customers during one hour they had me wait (by repeatedly telling me they are working on it?). There were 4 of them working @ the pharmacy the whole time doing unnecessary things (eating in the corner, scanning random items leisurely, etc.) There are NO good words to describe this type of experience. Won't return here ever again. They deserve zero stars.

Honestly a great place to get your prescriptions filled. While sometimes they're busy they try their best to accommodate.

During my recent shopping trip, I witnessed a distressing incident where a customer fell and suffered a severe head injury. Amidst the chaos, one staff member stood out for her composed demeanor. She promptly contacted 911 and did everything possible to aid the injured individual.Regrettably, my experience was tainted by the actions of Moby, the store's supervisor. I am appalled by her callous and insensitive behavior, and I question how he can hold a position of authority. As someone with a disability, I am deeply concerned about the safety of customers in this store. I fear that if I were to have an episode, Moby would instruct the staff to abandon me once someone else arrives, instead of following the 911 operator's instructions to continue providing assistance until paramedics arrive.Despite the commendable efforts of other staff members, like Papoose and Chris, another supervisor, I cannot bring myself to shop at this Kroger location anymore. Until Moby is no longer employed there, I refuse to spend another penny in that store. It is evident that this particular supervisor does not prioritize the safety and well-being of customers.

This Kroger is one of the more busier Krogers I've been to -- located off of Exit 103 on I-85 and on Steve Reynolds Blvd, this location is in a highly populated area so you'll always see plenty of people going in and out of here. They have a gas station as well. With plenty of customers frequenting this location, this Kroger is definitely one of the bigger ones I've seen, and they pretty much seem like they have everything in stock all the time. I just came to pick up some snacks and I was able to grab and go pretty quickly. They also have a Starbucks in-store so if you ever need your coffee run while grocery shopping, that's always an option. This has never been my "home" Kroger even when I lived in ATL -- I will say because it always seemed so busy, I've tried to avoid going to this Kroger, but that doesn't degrade this location at all - if you live in the Duluth area, this Kroger is definitely the one you'll want to go to because they have everything you need.

Helpful staff, excellent customer service, Diane and the pharmacist answered every question we had, both in person and over the phone. She corrected a mistake graciously and took the time to make sure we were getting every advantage our insurance offered.We have been coming here for years and have always received great care.

I've had a very frustrating experience with navigating refills/pickup of a new prescription, and it seemed that none of the techs that I'd spoken with for months had answers or wanted to help me find them. The pharmacist, Ethan, was extremely helpful and had a simple solution and for an issue that I've been having for several months, and took the time to explain why this was happening so that I could avoid the problem in the future. I sincerely appreciate your time and transparency! :)
