This is a great Kroger that I sometimes frequent as it is right in the middle of Duluth & Suwanee. Located right on Sugarloaf Parkway, it's in a great location. Though it's not my "home" Kroger, I do sometimes visit this location on the way home if I'm on Sugarloaf. They have a gas station as well as a Starbucks, so it's the full Kroger experience and it's not as packed as the Kroger on Steve Reynolds so you'll definitely not be packed with a lot of people. It's your typical Kroger -- it has everything you need and it's well stocked. My most recent visit was to pump gas and get some coffee and I was able to be in & out in a snap!

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting today. The store is usually well stocked though and great customer service.

I got $20 cash back from the register and told them I need to break it. They told me that they couldn't break it because they don't have quarters to break $20. I said I just need to break $6-8 dollars. They said no, we can't. I said ok, can you get someone at customer service, so I can buy some lottery tickets. No, we don't have anyone that works at customer service. What?!? Lol where is the lazy manager. That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. how does a grocery store not have customer service... Seriously...

I absolutely love this particular Kroger location! It has so much to offer and I love the layout of the store. Just in case you were not aware, Kroger locations have different layouts and some have similar. Great variety in products and whatever may be lacking in stock, the staff were willing to assist and patient. Clean and organized. I would have given 4 stars due to lack of some of the products I came for, but due to the recent snow storm and ongoing pandemic, that should not be factored in due to it being out of their control. I would recommend this location and it is conveniently located near plenty of stores, shopping centers, mall, hotel, etc. Located in a nice neighborhood where you would feel safe to shop.

Starbucks in the entrance has oat milk mixed coffeemake your own "Poor Pete" for a quick, "fast food" lunch:hormel vegetarian chili $1.97/can 3 rolls for $1or 1 soft pretzel for $1, but I think you are better off with the rolls as the soft pretzels only appear to be pretzels; yet taste like salted wonder bread that has aged a big.pro tip: go to the "latin food section" and get a can of Herdez salsa as a dipping sauce! and only for a mere $.89 in an easy-to-use pull tab can!!! man, how I luv the pull tab cans. "l.u.v. spells love." let's see, you have:salsa verde (green chili), salsa casera (picante), or salsa ranchero (smokey); each for only $.89! Wow!!!!! I could find all of the varieties of Herdez in any so-cal supermarket, but not here in GA; hard to find all 3.grab a banana, or an apple, or a bag o'salad with some sort of vinaigrette in it if you wish, then jetpro-tip Publix generally has better pricing on hummus, but nothing beats a Costco tub of hummus--nothing!also peruse the snack section for "health" chips, you know what I am talking about, that are frequently on sale and/or on clearance pricing.just remember that lunch is only 30 min and you need to get back to those important documents and stuff pronto, so don't dawdle. I said--jet!

For a Kroger these days to get 5 stars out of me is unheard of. So why this location, you ask?First, a clean parking lot. Nice staff who actually smile & were taking care of their departments. Everyone asked if I needed help!Little to no rotten produce & 3 staff members restocking/cleaning.The meat dept was helpful & random staff said, "Good Morning". Whay I don't enjoy about any store that has shoppers shopping for pick up/delevery are the HUGE carts that staff block the isles with & those staff members don't seem happy. This location actually had stocked shelves too- what a glorious sight!!!A clean, happy store gets 5 stars!OH AND GET THIS... on the speakers was Rush & Red Hot Chili Peppers. WHAT?!? I was rockin' & shoppin'!!!!Thank you store manager at this location for having it going on. I am driving out of my way to come here from now on!!!!!No pics, just go & see for yourselves.

Losing customers left and right starting with me with no Apple Pay... That's ridiculous!! There should be a huge sign in the door it says don't get groceries if you have Apple Pay because you won't be able to pay!! Seems like the managers would get upset that they continually having to put back peoples groceries. And-- they aren't cleaning baskets at the door anymore and COVID-19 has surged again.

I have an autoimmune disease which makes shopping difficult so I was so excited when ClickList/Pickup became available and started using it right away. At first, it was great. Produce looked good and everything was there. I have been a loyal customer since WAY before the pandemic.Recently, there seems to be lots of problems. The past six weeks, every order has at least ONE item missing. Produce has been not so fresh. Since they run your card already, they make it up to YOU (the customer) to remember to tell them that they owe you money off your next order. Really? I wonder how many times I got my money back?THIS week was the cherry on top of the cake: They forgot an entire TUB of food off my order. Remember, I am handicapped so I have people who help me unload and put away groceries. Before I realized what was ALL missing, those helpers had already left. I called the number and was told I could come get the remaining items. Well, I needed them so I had to drive BACK to the store and, this time, put away my groceries (at home) myself. When I explained all this to the manager, his excuse was "We have new employees". Why is this MY problem? No one else does Pickup (I cannot stand Walmart) - Publix only delivers and I have a mid-week delivery from Publix every week anyway but it is more expensive.Kroger was not very accommodating to the handicapped this time. AND - shouldn't Kroger have this figured out by now?So irritated right now.
